Hey y’all.
If you’re watching this video, you are holding a jar of our 100% grass-fed beef tallow.

And what we’ve got here is the box that we actually ship the three-pack of our tallow in.
I’m going to show you how to open it.
Super simple.

You just open up the box, take these tear tabs, tear them away, and then you can reach in and grab your jar of tallow.

So, we’re going to do a little bit of cooking with it here.
Show you how you can use this tallow.

This 100% grass-fed beef tallow is such an important part of my diet.
specifically.

It’s a very, very good fat to use while cooking.
So, you can use this in replace of your vegetable oil, your butters, your canola oil, your Pam, whatever it may be, your non-stick cooking spray.

I use this on pretty much everything I cook with nowadays.

We’re going to be cooking some Kansas City strip steaks today.
And we’ve actually seasoned these in some of our McB Farms uh seasonings.

So, this is the uh woodfired garlic sample that we’ve been making.
So, these will be available soon, not currently available, but I seasoned my Kansas City strip in this along with my sweet potato fries that I’m going to be making.

So, we’ve already got the cast iron skillet turned up.
It’s heating up right now.

Good thing about this 100% grass-fed beef tallow.
Uh, it has an extremely high smoke point, so you can use this at a high temperature for frying, searing, whatever it may be.

It’s going to work perfect for anything you’re trying to do.

Um, just pop off that top.
Doesn’t take a whole lot either.

So, whenever I’m using this at room temperature, it’s going to have this sort of consistency.
If you leave it in a car or anything like that, it’ll turn into a little more of a liquid.
If you were to put it in the fridge, it would harden up a little bit.

It’s very much like candle wax is how I would describe the texture.

So, we’re going to take this.
We’re going to throw it.
You can see it already starting to melt in this cast iron skillet.

See, it’s starting to get that good even coating all the way across.

This one I’m going to put a little bit more in.
This is going to be the one we’re going to cook the fries in.

So, again, this is perfect for uh cast iron skillets.
It replaces all of your no stick um canola oils or anything like that.

It’s an extremely healthy fat.
Our beef towel is 100% grass-fed.

So, it’s made in small batch premium qualities right here on the farm.
Um pretty neat to have it go directly from our farm to your table.

So, something that’s pretty neat about beef towel, 100% grass-fed beef towel especially, is it’s a very, very good skin care product.

In fact, Casey has made some skin care products, uh some baby bombs, some baby diaper rash uh formulas out of this 100% grass-fed beef tallow.

She’s added essential oils to it for some fragrance.

It does smell a little strange in this straight cooking um beef fat essentially is what it is, but if you wanted to, you could take a little dab of this and this doubles as a great skinincare product.

So, skin moisturizer um does a great job protecting your skin.
This is one of the best natural products you can put on.

Again, Casey sells one that actually has essential oils, so it smells a little bit better, has some fragrance infused.

But if you wanted to, you could take this product directly from the pan, use the exact same jar, and put it on your face, too.

I like it.

All right, let’s put this steak on.
Again, Kansas City strip going on at a high heat temp.
It’s going to lock in that sear.

And now we’re going to put on our sweet potato fries.

And you see that start to sizzle just like it would fry on any sort of vegetable oil, except this is a healthy version of fries.

And I can already smell it cooking into these fries and searing into that steak.
That smells so good.
My goodness.

So, the good thing about 100% grass-fed beef tallow is it has a lot more uh omega-3s than your conventional beef tallow or any of your other cooking oils that are essentially extremely processed um food products.

This 100% beef tallow is just beef fat, grass-fed beef fat that we take, heat up, render, strain, and it becomes this great product that you can use for cooking on your skin, whatever it may be.

Um it has a lot of polyunsaturated fat, so it’s an extremely healthy fat profile.

If you’re looking for a low carb, highfat, high protein diet, this is the product I highly re recommend cooking with.

We’re going to see here in a second whenever we flip this steak just how pretty that sear is becoming.

Look at that.
That is beautiful.

All right, y’all.
This steak, I like mine medium rare, and I’d rather undercook it than overcook it.

We can always throw it right back in the pan if we need to.

I’m going to take it out, put it on this plate.
I’m going to let it sit for 5 minutes.

let it internally get up to the temp that I’d like it to be at medium rare.

I don’t know what that temp is, but I’m going to just go by feel.
Whenever I cut into it, I’ll know if it’s done or not.

These sweet potato fries, they’re close to done.
Pan was a little bit hot whenever I first put them on.

Man, it smells good.

That 100% grass-fed beef tallow.
One of the benefits to it over your conventional cooking oils is the beef tallow itself, obviously, it’s made from beef fat.

And so it has a rich, bold flavor profile itself that’s going to add to your steaks, add to your sweet potato fries, your regular fries, whatever it is you’re cooking this product with.

It’s going to taste so much better, so much more rich and flavorful than it would otherwise.

So this beef towel, it’s legit stuff.
I’ve been using it here for the last 3 years to cook pretty much all my steaks in.

Um, and I won’t ever go away from it.
It is that good.

I like my fries a little crispy.
These are definitely on the crispier side of crispy.
That’s all right.

I never said I was a chef here, people.

All right.
Good thing about these jars of beef tallow, if you bought it online, we sell these in a three-ack and a six-ack.

Again, this is the box they come in.

Um, this three-pack is going to last you a while.
I would assume you can use this jar.

You can see I just used two scoops of it, uh, tablespoons of it.

And this is going to last me anywhere for a month, maybe month and a half.

So, three jars at a time is going to last you two to 2 and 1/2 months.
And that’s if you’re using it, you know, quite a bit.

These last a long time.
They go for a while.

And uh again, three and six pack.
Get them online.

We’ll ship them out to you in this shipping box.
Completely protected, completely safe.

I’ve opened up two of these.
Tear tab makes it easy as all get out.

Just tear it open.
Pop it.

And right there, your jar of grass-fed beef towel.

All right, y’all.
We’re going to cut into this steak now.
It’s been sitting for a minute.

We’ve actually got this McB cutting board.
We’re going to put it on.

I’m not going to lie.
I did the steak by feel.

I think it may be a little on the medium side.

We’re going to cut into it.
See how she looks here.

Still tender as can be.

Yeah, she’s a little medium.
I like mine a little more medium rare, but you know what?
Still not bad.

I think this thing will taste just fine.

Why don’t we take a little piece of this little taste test here?

Wow.

It is unbelievable the difference when you go from a canola oil or a pam to a 100% grass-fed beef towel.

The sear on the outside actually has flavor.

So, I know I’ve can I can sear steaks with, you know, canola oil or vegetable oil or some other version, butter, maybe.

Whenever you add beef to it, it gives it such a rich, bold flavor.

It’s what you expect at a high-end restaurant.

I highly, highly recommend using this product to cook your steaks, using it to cook your sweet potato fries.

These are a little burnt as well, but I guarantee they still taste good.

Yeah, the difference in the flavor profile.
You can actually taste the beef towel.

I don’t even know how to describe what it tastes like, but it is so good.

It improves the flavor profile of these sweet potato fries, this steak at least 2 to 3x.

So again, guys, go get you some 100% grass-fed beef towel.

Available on our website in threeacks and six packs.

This is going to be a product that you will not want to miss out on.
