McB Dynasty season 2 is back.
At this moment, we’re at the best spot in our business we’ve been in in five, six years at least. I think we’ll just address it.
The situation with Galina and Masha’s car. We may need to charter a flight over to Turkey and all of us get hair transplants because of all the hair we’ve lost over the last 6 months.
Two years in a row, two old vehicles.
I honestly forgot. Well, I knew that they were filming me in the shower, but they film me in the shower so many times.
You just close the door.
When there is a situation that comes up where two people are upset, what you’ll find is that the truth always lies somewhere in the middle. Hey y’all.
Welcome to Meet the MC Bees. We’re back.
We took an extended break. It’s been a long six or eight months since we’ve been off from the podcast.
Has it been that long?
I think it’s been that long.
Wow.
But we are back to doing weekly releases. You guys can hold us to that because the McB Dynasty is now airing on Bravo. We’ve already aired by this time episodes one and two. We’re going to recap the premiere. We’re going to recap episode two, tell you what’s been going on in our lives, and uh really catch you guys up on everything that’s been going on in in and around the farming operation. What you think?
It’s been a while.
It’s been a while.
Catch them up.
So, saddle up and let’s get down and dirty with it. All right, Cole. McB Dynasty season 2 is back. The premiere was last week. By the time this podcast airs, it’ll be the day after the second episode. So, put yourself in that headsp space. So, last week the premiere came out. We watched the premiere.
What are your thoughts?
I mean, it was it was good.
It was good.
I mean, there was a lot of people that I thought, you know, looked a little maybe crazy, but some rightfully so.
Some um the situation with I think we’ll just address it. The situation with Galina and Masha’s car.
Yeah, that was um who do you think did it?
I don’t know. There was only one person, one person who went over there. And little bit of backstory. That was a Friday night. Dad and Masha, we didn’t know this at the time. We found out the day we went over to the lodge to find Masha’s car beat to hell.
Dad and Masha were on vacation with friends, a secret vacation in Mexico.
And she found out about it.
And Galina found out about it on the same day that the car happened to be on the same day the car happened to be destroyed. This was a Friday evening.
All of us are just minding our own business. We don’t even know where my dad is. Hadn’t talked to him and Saturday morning rolls around and somehow I don’t know if Galina was blowing my dad up. Actually, I’m sure that’s what it was. My dad calls us and is like, “Hey, can you guys go over to my house?” Like Galina was freaking out last night. Um, she found out that Masha and I are on vacation. First of all, we’re like, “Oh, y’all are on vacation.
Interesting.” Yep.
Secondly, we were like, “Okay, we’ll go over to the lodge. Why? What happened?” And he’s like, “I don’t know. She was just sending me all these long texts. I blocked her. And this is pretty much like normal situation.
This is pretty normal. Like I mean for the last three years, every weekend Lena flips out on my dad. My dad blocks her. It’s toxic. Let’s be honest. It’s very It’s very toxic.
Like some people need to move on from the situation and there’s only so much you can say to the point where you just finally are like, “Let him do whatever because obviously whatever we tell them isn’t helping.” Yeah. I mean honestly at this point we all just kind of like sit there and just watch all the craziness. just sit on the sidelines and we’re like, we try to stop it and there’s no stopping it.
There’s no stopping it. So, we go is something.
So, we go over there to my dad’s lodge Saturday morning and what did we find?
I take my back.
Not only the car, we walked through the lodge.
Oh, the pan.
It was destroyed.
Is that what you’re talking about?
Yeah.
How bad it was?
It was like a tornado went through the lodge.
Yes. It was like completely destroyed.
Like cowboy hats destroyed. like completely like craziest and I’d say this is the craziest thing ever, but this is like the third time it’s happened.
Yeah. I mean, we kind of believe, you know, we knew what we were kind of walking into, but it was pretty bad this time. We were like, “Wow.” Like my dad keeps a Christmas tree up year round, 12 or 13 foot in the living room, the lodge. It was completely on its side in pieces. Um, clothing scattered everywhere.
Like stuff broken everywhere.
Food all over the place. Food all over the kitchen. Yes, there was food all over the kitchen. The doors were all opened. It looks like someone ransacked the place, but they didn’t do anything to it other than destroy it. Like they didn’t take anything.
Yeah.
And then we go out to the garage and Masha’s car is just Oh, it’s destroyed.
It’s just destroyed.
Like it I mean obviously it was a hammer, wouldn’t you say? Or something hard.
I thought it was a wine bottle, but maybe it wasn’t cuz a wine bottle would have broken. There was a wine bottle.
It was something Maybe it was multiple things. It was something very hard that hit it multiple times. Like every It was literally all the way around. Like every single piece of you know, you’re like, “Oh, you got to replace that.” that way.
Like every single piece had a dent in it. Like she looked at every little individual piece, every fender, like every panel.
Yep. Every panel, everything had a dent in it.
So that was our Saturday morning. That was fun.
Yeah, that was um that was interesting, you know, and honestly just really like it wasn’t mind-blowing though.
No, what’s crazy is like the crazy fact was that it was not crazy.
Yeah. Like we kind of like it just was like almost not normal, but it was like just something that happened for the course. I’m just like, “Well, it sucks.” Yeah. Is what it is.
Yeah. I mean, this is our dad’s problem.
Two years in a row, two total vehicles.
So, do we even know like what the story is? I mean, we can’t technically officially place evidence or guilt on Galina because we didn’t have video of her.
She never said she did it.
She still denied it to this day. We don’t have video of it. We didn’t get DNA off the car. I think we could have done that if we wanted to, but we don’t need to because we know who did it. Like there’s no doubt.
Yeah. I I think got blacked out on a Friday night in the city, took an Uber, like literally probably paid $300 for an Uber to drive her all the way up to Gallatin, Missouri to my dad’s lodge and absolutely destroy the place.
And then I wonder, did she leave after that? What do you do after that? You do that?
I think Arena picked her up the next morning.
Just chilled there, slept on the couch, hung out.
Yeah.
After he destroyed the place. sober up like, “Man, this place looks rough.
Rough. I’ve done good work. I’m out.
Yeah, I’m I’m leaving. See you later.” What was your thoughts on that situation?
I mean, it was just um how crazy can these people be kind of type deal, but it was just kind of normal, you know?
Like that’s what I’m saying. Like it’s so weird because it was like it was not unexpected. Like I just kind of become like desensitized to the craziness because it’s become the norm.
Yeah. And I know it sounds so wild to you guys listening in on this, but it the situation is already just unbelievable.
And it still like is going on to this day. Like the trio like nothing I mean there’s still like a like no one’s moving on. No, I mean like somewhat but no like there’s still things going on that’s just like we’ve just essentially just turned a blind eye to it and just said we’re just going to continue to work. Those three can do whatever they want to do with that situation.
Yeah.
We’re just going to continue moving forward.
That’s about all you can do.
What else are you supposed to do? I mean, what else are you supposed to do?
And the thing is, Galina at work is such a valuable part. She is such a stud at what she does at work. Um, but personal life is just insane. Insane.
I mean, I Yeah.
Nothing else.
I I have I know I have my moments, too.
So, I can’t But I don’t ever do anything like that crazy.
I just get blacked out.
Yeah. Yeah. and which is coming later in the season.
Yeah, I had one bad weekend.
Yeah. I mean, otherwise, I think the premiere episode went decently well. I mean, it was catching viewers up. It’s been a year since anyone has seen what’s going on with our lives.
Yeah. Oh, my TV stopped working right in the middle of it for like 10 minutes.
Yeah. While we were watching the premiere, Cole’s TV stopped working.
I thought we broke Bravo for the hits, but all the views. I was like, “No way.” And like, “Dang, there’s so many people tuning in. It just shut down the network.” It was just my TV. It was just Cole’s TV.
Yep.
In his new house. Brand new TV.
Don’t ask me why. I just stopped working for like 10 minutes, but we got her working again.
H I mean, season two, I’m trying to take myself back to filming season two. It was a stressful time for us. I mean, there was a lot of challenges going on that you’ll see play out throughout the rest of season 2. And and just from that premiere, you can see what all we were dealing with on a personal level along with the business business issues we we face and struggle with every single day.
And um well, I don’t think people real, you know, I think people do realize it, but this is obviously like this is real life situations. Like we’re living through this at the same time of filming, you know, which is it’s all it’s just a lot. Like as you’re going through it, it just makes everything more. You got to talk about situations more. You’re opening up more. your feelings are out there more your emotions and it’s just it’s a lot on someone to like go through you know personal life going through problems and also you know talking about it on film you know and doing it and because there’s a lot of times I think one of the difficult parts to reality TV is you have to bring up and address and talk about situations so much yep that in a normal atmosphere without cameras around like let’s say you have something that bothers you or an annoying fight or You discuss it once and then you move on. And I don’t want to say you compartmentalize or you you put it in the past, but essentially you do and it’s not brought up again.
Well, I don’t think I’m not really someone who like talks about my emotions all the time. Like if I have issue, I’m just going to go Yeah.
go on the farm. I’m going to go work.
I’m going to go just go do my own thing for a while. Go by myself, you know, go do something.
When you have a problem there, you talk about it. You have to address it. You address it. You talk about it.
you have to bring up every single issue that needs to be addressed. So, it does bring every problem to the surface and uh it does make it challenging whenever you’re already dealing with the stresses that we fight on a daily basis in the businesses.
Yeah.
So, it was it was definitely a challenging season, challenging premiere, but for the most part, comments have been pretty solid. It seems like people are enjoying the show thus far.
Yeah. I mean, we did a live yesterday, which um we’re gonna start doing before every single episode.
Yeah. Every episode, we’re going to start doing a live for 20 to 30 minutes before answering questions. It was just Casey, Stephen, and I on the first one, but we’re hoping to have everybody by the time this plays out, everyone will be on the second one last night.
Oh, yeah.
Because this will play true Tuesday afternoon next week. Yeah.
Yeah. So, we’ll be on our live or we were on our live last night, which you guys send in any questions that you on there.
We’ll answer we’ll answer everything that we can. Obviously, some of the things uh we’ll have to keep quiet about or skip over until they play out on the actual episode. But again, as episode plays, we’ll give you a little more context to the backstory behind it. Like in the premiere, the Galina Masha car situation. There’s plenty more craziness to come from.
Yeah, that’s just the start.
That’s just scratching the surface.
Just the start.
What about you? New dad life going well.
Blair obviously is now 6 months.
Almost 6 and a half. Well, so the 13th says in July 13th be seven. So we’re Oh, yeah. Almost seven months.
So six over six and a half.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And she is a little chunk.
She is. No, I don’t know if she’s as chunky as Summer.
Summer’s getting chunky, too.
Summer is We’ve got some We’ve got some 99th percentile babies in.
Yeah. I think Blair was 97.
Okay.
Her head was uh 87. I think she got that from us. Yeah, she definitely got a big head from us.
Yeah, that was our side of the family.
Yep. And she got she got big hands from Casey, which is good. We got these little Burger King hands.
Does she have big hands?
Oh, yeah. She got the long fingers.
Yeah, I guess. Yeah, she does have long fingers. I mean, I guess for a kid.
Yeah. No, she’s got long long fingers.
She’s going to have bigger hands than you by the time she’s like five.
Well, good. She’ll be able to grip a basketball.
I know.
I’m have her shoot.
What’s your goal? Yeah, I was going to say, what are you going to do with her sports-wise?
Basketball.
You going to have her be the next Caitlyn Clark? Yeah, I’m going have her watching Caitlyn Clark growing up. She’s going to be out there. I’m going have her in the gym hitting like thousand shots every day like seven years old.
That’s where we’re going to be. She’s going to be ballering or, you know, whatever she wants to do, but most likely basketball.
Basketball. Yeah. Basketball and softball because that’s what Gallatin has.
She’s not going to play soccer.
We don’t have a soccer up here.
Oh, okay.
Maybe they’ll have it by the time she’s there. Yeah.
Who knows? Probably not.
What about golf?
Yeah, she’ll probably play golf. Golf like golf. Yeah, that’s one of my one regrets is not at least being halfway decent at golf.
You never want to go golfing with us cuz I’m so bad at it.
You got to go. I mean, I’m bad, too. I’m not going to ask her, but you got golf more and it gets fun.
Yeah, I agree. I agree with that. And then Summer’s two and a half months now.
Yeah, she’s two and a half months.
Yeah.
17th of April.
Yeah. So, it’s pretty neat having grandbabies in the family. It’s really changed the dynamic of what our weekend nights look like nowadays. Yeah. So, you like if you look at the transition in a two or three year period, you go back and watch season one, how we spend our weekends. Now, it is like way different.
Way different. Season one, we were out, which that’s two years ago now, wasn’t it?
Yeah. Yeah. A little over two years ago.
Yeah.
We were out having fun on weekend, a lot of weekends, enjoying ourselves, and now our weekends are spent at the farm cooking dinner and hanging out with the grandbabies.
Yeah. Most every weekend’s like at dad’s house. Everybody’s over there.
Yeah. My dad cooks out at his lodge and then we hang out and swim or Yeah. have fun with the grandbabies.
It’s a good time.
Then when it gets late, we’ll just have mom watch all the grandkids, you know.
Yeah. Mom will end up taking them Friday nights and then y’all come over to my house for a little bonfire.
Yeah. Usually what they look like.
Something like that.
Yeah. What about farm-wise? How’s everything going on the farm?
It’s going good. It We’ve had a lot of rain this year. Crops all around here look real good.
I know. I I can honestly say and we’ve been working towards this. to just returning a cruise ship, not a Ferrari.
So, it takes time.
Takes a takes a while.
And we obviously are dealing with personal issues that we’ve discussed, Galina, and some other things that we always have to have issues with. Yeah.
That detracts from the business themselves a little bit. But I can honestly say we’ve moved forward in our businesses more over the last six months than we have in the last five years combined.
Yeah.
It’s not even a question.
For sure. like getting the right people in the right seats to run the businesses, getting the businesses aligned, getting a direction for what we want to do and how we want to approach things. And let’s be honest, getting rid of the bull crap. Like all of the stuff that didn’t make us any money that was taking up all of our time, attention, and effort. Yeah.
You and I sat down and we said, “We’re not doing anything like this anymore.” Like, we are going to simplify our operations, focus on the winners, and invest in the winners, and everything else can be cut off. And I feel like that’s what we’ve done. I can say right now like at this moment we’re at the best spot in our business we’ve been in in five six years at least. Yeah. I mean we we are in a really good spot and we built you know over the last five or six years we’ve built so much. I mean we’ve had so much going on but we’re finally fine-tuning everything.
We’re getting everything running right.
I mean it’s we’re we’re in a really good spot.
Yeah. And and candidly that’s one of the reasons why we we have not been shooting this podcast the last six months. We’ve been in a dog fight.
Yeah. I mean, the last six months have been the most grind I’ve ever been through. I mean, I I’ve, you know, I’ve been in the tractor 58 hours straight.
I’ve planted 800 acres straight, a 40 foot hair drill. You know, I’ve done a lot, you know, worked really hard. I haven’t went through the grind like we’ve went through these last six months. Six months. It’s been a long months, but we’ve come out the other side and we’re only going to continue to get better. I do think that we are going to uh I was telling Jesse this the other day. By the time we get through all of this this fall, we may need to charter a flight over to Turkey and all of us get hair transplants because of all the hair we’ve lost over the last six months.
It’s aged me about 10 years.
Yeah, I’ve been stressed. I don’t know if I’m losing my hair like you are, but I still got pretty good hair. I just My hairline’s starting to look like uh old LeBron James.
Yeah, just it’s about halfway up right now.
That’s why I’m wearing a hat.
See it?
Oh no.
Oh no. No one’s going to see this hairline until I get that hair transplant. I’m gonna have like a Zack Brian.
Dude, you know, like whenever we go to any event that you can’t wear a hat at.
Yeah. We all look like so awkward. Like I hate walking around that. Yeah. Fixing my hair all the time. I don’t wedding a couple month or like a month ago and there was no hats. That threw me off. I didn’t even know how to style my hair.
I ain’t going to lie. The cowboy hat tries to come out whenever I can at a wedding.
We had a formal event.
Formal event. Yeah. Because that’s I ain’t going Yeah. There’s more reasons than uh just because we like cowboy hats to rock them at formal events. It’s because it covers up our hairline.
You don’t have to. I I just don’t like not wearing a hat after I bet you since high school because in high school don’t wear a hat for some reason.
Here’s what I don’t understand.
I have not worn a hat like one day.
Here’s what I don’t understand. Guys are absolutely roasted over going bald or having a receding hairline. Right.
Mhm.
Have you seen what women do to their hair? Like they throw in extensions. By the time they get done at the hair salon, they don’t even have half of their own hair on their head. It’s either fake products, extensions, like you know what I’m saying?
No, I know what you’re saying. Yeah, but yet I feel like this guy wears a toupe.
Yeah, it is sensitive.
Double standards. No, I’m not. But it does fire me up a little bit. Like if a guy wears a wig or toupe, everyone makes fun of him. And you got 90% of women walking around with extensions in.
That’s a double standard.
Kind of. I mean, depends what wig you’re wearing.
How’s it not? If you’re a guy and you’re losing your hair, like just let it happen.
I don’t know, man.
It’s a way of life. It’s a man.
I refuse to.
I mean, I’m not losing any hair yet. I still got much hair, but it’s just short.
I ain’t getting a wig on, though.
I’ll do a hair transplant before a wig, dude. Is that where they come back, the bloody head on the plane?
Yeah. Yeah, that’s what I’m talking about. You ever seen the flights back from Turkey where they’re all like bloody heads? That’s going to be us.
That ain’t going to be meanm Well, I ain’t That’s looks terrible.
Suit yourself. It looks terrible right then, but give it like six months and then it don’t look terrible. There’s a bug in my How does it even work?
There’s a bug in my drink.
What do you mean? They take So, they take hair. They literally grab it. You know how um a tree plucker works?
Remember the old tree trucks? How it had like a cone shape and you’d go down and get the root of the tree and then you’d go to another spot and put it in the hole that you dug?
Yep.
That’s exactly how it works with your hair. So, they take like a cone except it’s a little micro cone and they make a little hole in the front of your head.
Then they go to the back and they take the root of your hair follicle just like that tree plucker does. Grab it and then put it into the hole they put in the front of your head. Except they do that thousands of times.
It sounds miserable.
Um, it’s probably not.
How much is it?
Well, that’s why everyone goes to Turkey. It’s cheaper.
Why? Okay. If I’m going to get something done to me, I don’t think I want to go do like the cheapest person.
Dude, it’s not about It’s more affordable in Turkey, but they have great I mean, what are you talking like 10 grand?
I don’t even think it’s that high. I think it’s like five 35 to five in Turkey.
That just sounds too cheap for what you’re talking about.
I don’t know.
I feel like it should be more than that if you’re going to get holes put in your head.
I don’t know. I need to look up the pricing to be honest. If anyone knows the pricing of a hair transplant, let me know. Jesse and I are really looking at it.
Why did Jesse need it?
So Jesse’s got great hair, like beautiful hair. But again, why do you guys want to do all this stuff? This is money just wasted. put that towards like a hunt or something.
I don’t know.
Go an elk hunt.
I have too big of a head to go bald.
Like you want to talk about a Q ball, I’d be like reflecting. I could have my own Starlink on top of my head.
You would like I feel like there I’ve seen like someone like that. Like a big buff guy that’s bald.
Yeah, there’s a lot of them out there.
Yeah, that’s like who you’d be.
But I just I don’t know. I don’t want to go bald, man. Not yet anyways. Holding on. I also don’t want to have dad’s hairline either.
Yeah, that’s his dad’s the only one who probably could really use a transplant.
Yeah. Well, you’ll be joining the flight with us this fall.
Please don’t do it.
I mean, you can do what you want, but I’m not I’m not joining the flight.
We’ll see. That’s That’s the plan.
Tentatively, that’s the plan. What else going on? We’re slanging some meat sticks up at the meat facility. It’s been awesome. That’s rolling.
Oh, man. Doing about 700,000 750,000 meat sticks a month.
That’s a lot of sticks.
No, maybe maybe it’s only 600,000. It’s a lot though. I need to look at our late latest month numbers and we’re only going to be growing from there. Like that facility has turned into a little production machine.
Yeah, you guys are pumping some sticks out of there.
Best meat sticks you ever put in your mouth.
How do you uh how many you make a day?
Uh so our max capacity, we Jesse Stretch and I were running these numbers the other day. Max capacity, if we were running non-stop in one day, we could do about 50 to 55,000 meat sticks.
Currently, we’re at about 32 to 35,000.
See, it’s a lot of meat.
That’s a lot of meat sticks.
And they’re good, too.
Yeah.
So, what’s going on in your life? Have you been Man, what are you doing?
You know, if you watch the way season two plays out, you’ll see that um you know, my love life is still a mess.
So, on the personal side, I’ve just been hanging with my dog, hanging with my nieces, and hanging with my fam. That’s been about it.
That’s all you’re going to all That’s all that’s to it.
That’s all there is to it for right now.
Yeah, we’ll get into more. Watch the season. You might find out a little more.
Yeah. Yeah. I will say, do you think I’d do good on Love Island?
I do think you should go on Love Island.
I mean, I don’t really want to watch you on there just cuz there’s some like I don’t need to see you doing all that, but I I do think you would do good.
I mean, it’d be such a different dynamic because I was I was watching some of the highlights on TikTok of Love Island and they have yet to have like a country farm dude on there.
I agree. I mean that um the Taylor guy this year from Texas.
Oh, I don’t remember him.
I didn’t watch that episode.
He’s country.
Oh, he’s cowboy.
Oh, really?
I think I don’t know. I barely watched it, but I just watched Tik Tok highlights.
You should be on this season cuz by all the girls you like, Huda would be perfect for you.
I I do think I fall in love with Huda.
You would. You would love her.
Mhm.
I mean, that I’d probably bring her back home and make you guys have to deal with her mess.
Hey, I’m sure she’s really nice, but she seems perfect for you.
Just just your type.
Yeah. Yeah. I don’t know. We’ll see. Who knows?
Maybe.
I think you need to be on next season.
We’ll see. See how it plays out. I think it I think it’d be a good fit.
Jesse and Ally obviously just wear big Just wear more like longer shorts, man.
They do wear some short shorts, don’t they?
Well, you do too sometimes.
Just when I work out.
Yeah, but don’t be on TV wearing that.
All right.
You already were showing your ass last week.
Let’s not talk about that because mom got so mad at me.
Yeah, she was.
Like, that was no joke.
I didn’t want to see that. Why’d you do that?
I honestly forgot. Well, I knew that they were filming me in the shower, but they film me in the shower so many times. I just close the door. Like, when I take a shower, I’m like, I don’t want to see this. I’m just going to close the door.
You know, I have a glass door. And I thought that they were filming from my shoulders down to like my waist. I didn’t realize I think it was old Nate that was filming went all the way down to my butt and my calves, which we’re gonna have to talk about that. We’re gonna stop at the hips next year.
I don’t shot. No calf shots. I don’t think no new shots of you.
No new shots of anyone in our show. I don’t think they we need that.
Well, now that I know that they’re going to do that, I’m going to work on my squats here over the next six months.
That’s Don’t be doing that all the time.
Mom’s first reaction. She was so upset.
Like, we got to screen the first two or three episodes and we were all nervous as all get out because my mom was there.
Like, we didn’t know what it was going to show. And my mom is very private, introverted, like just she doesn’t like anything crazy. And so we were nervous, sweating bullets watching it. First episode plays, like everything was decent. I didn’t I felt pretty confident about it. I was like, “Good. Okay, nothing real bad on here. My mom’s going to like it.” We get out of that screening and mom tears into me about that shower scene.
Yeah, she was not mad or not happy.
She’s not happy. She literally was going in on me saying, “You might as well have an Only Fans with how much you like to show yourself off to the world.” I was like, “Mom, I didn’t like I did not know. I’m sorry.” You did know. I did know. I was going to say, I mean, you there’s camera this big. I mean, you know, I did know, but I acted like I didn’t. I was like, I can’t believe it. I was I had my back turned. How was I supposed to know they were filming me?
You probably asked for it. Hey guys, I’m about to shower. Come in here.
That’s That’s my um introduction or that’s my uh application to Love Island.
Yep. Right there. That’s your introduction to Bravo.
Yep. First episode. Straight ass shot.
Mhm.
I love it.
What else we got going on the rest of the season? What else can we expect? We got some exciting things coming up.
Yeah, there are some exciting things. I don’t really want to give I don’t know.
It’s hard to talk about it without giving It is hard to talk about it. I mean, I try.
Yeah. We’ve got obviously you and Casey are pregnant with baby Blair who we now know. Um Yep.
Jesse and Alli’s wedding’s coming up. Uh you know, we’re still trying to make Did we go to Nashville again?
Yes, we did.
I think we did.
But we don’t know if that’ll play or not. We’ve seen we we’ve only watched the first three episodes.
Yeah, I was going to say like we’re going to be watching it with you guys live and seeing some of this stuff for the first time.
Yeah, we are.
So, it’ll be interesting. Actually, I didn’t watch last year cuz I was too embarrassed to see myself. So, this is my first year I watched it.
I I was honest.
I mean, I watched the ones we had watched, you know, we were all together, but I couldn’t watch more myself.
That’s what everyone’s always asking me.
They’re like, “Are you going back and watching your own episodes?” And I’m like, I mean, I know what happened.
I feel like I want to watch them, but I don’t want to see myself. Like, I I want to watch everybody else in the parts whenever there’s when I’m doing stuff embarrassing. I’m like, I’m just going to walk out of the room.
Dude, the anxiety is so bad. It it is a little like I’m not I don’t really care if people like obviously my whole life like anybody knows me they know like I’m not really a person who cares what people think about me like I’ve kind of just live my life doing what I want and that is like the worst anxiety though is whenever you’re about to be on TV because you just don’t you’re like man well especially because what it’s going to show and like you remember you remember it from your perspective but you don’t know exactly what all was said or done and maybe Cole’s cases he blacks out so he doesn’t remember it at That would be even worse.
Yeah, that’s real bad cuz then you have the like when you sober up, you have anxiety like blackout anxiety. You know when you get after you black out just like what did I do? And then you have the anxiety to watch it back on TV in front of Yeah. Normally you don’t have to watch back your blackout moments.
That’s the worst. Those are the worst.
And then there’s things like Why do you do it to yourself?
I don’t Well, that day was bad. I I I told myself I wasn’t going to do it this season and then that whole weekend I blacked out, but I didn’t mean to cuz we didn’t eat a lot. So we were always Yeah, that was a rough We were taking a lot of tequila shots and we have the Ozarks. So that Well, yeah. I mean, we have a family trip coming up in one of the episodes. I gota give away.
No, we have a family trip coming up. You won’t want to miss that episode because it all goes down that episode.
Yeah.
But yeah, there was a lot of drinking.
Um and then everyone at the pool like knew us, so then they kept buying us shots and we’re never going to turn down a good shot.
No. Yeah. And like at the Ozarks, even if people don’t know you, they’re still like those is fun. So it’s hard not to like go down there and not just get hammered because of the vibe.
That’s why Nashville and Ozarks, we can only go down there once every Yeah. I I got to match the vibes around me. Like I And when I’m in places like that, I just have too much fun. I can’t hold back.
That’ll be an episode you guys definitely want to tune in for.
Yeah. But what there is, I will say this, on episodes, they’re only so long and you film I mean so much. So there is so for every hundred hours of footage there’s only one hour that makes the episode.
Yeah. So there is things that happen or things that go down that the whole story is not portrayed. So sometimes you might think like oh that looks horrible or you know and there’s not the whole facts aren’t there.
Well, and I think the premiere episode and last night’s episode did a lot of that.
Yeah. I don’t think the full story was set on some of those things. I mean obviously there was tough situations people went through but there was definitely not things that were happened you know right before them and things that with you know people reached out people were caring it just was uh not everything was showed on there and it was made you know it just sucks cuz it is what it is. I mean, I I I’m I don’t want to I don’t I don’t want to say too much, but there was things that happened that were not portrayed on there that just were not didn’t didn’t make it in there. And there’s a lot more to his stories that were never uh portrayed.
Well, and I think for I learned this from from grandpa on mom’s side actually years back. we were going through a situation where it seems so one-sided. And he he’d always say, you know, um when there’s a situation that comes up where two people are upset, what you’ll find is that the truth always lies somewhere in the middle.
You know, it’s never completely one-sided on this person’s side of the story. It’s never the other side. The truth is somewhere in the middle. And I think that that’s where um you know, the situations that have played out or some of the portrayals from episodes one and two, it seems like it’s all one person’s side of the story. There’s a hell of a lot more.
There’s three years of stuff that I don’t even want to go into that that went into that went into stuff that happened.
There’s stuff that happened days within 24 hours of told never to speak again that to each other that you know there’s things that were happened that weren’t said. It wasn’t just people not reaching out or not doing anything. We’re uh anybody in our family is not bad people.
We’re all good people. We all respect everybody. We’d be there for everybody. We have been there for everybody. And there was things that were just not showed. So just so the truth truth lies somewhere in the middle. Yeah, that’s what we’ll say about that for sure. So no, agreed. But uh we’re excited for the rest of this season to play out. These first two episodes pretty tough to watch back. I think the rest of them are going to be a lot better.
Yeah, I kind of want I like the uh fun times more than like the drama. But I’d agree.
You know, we have a lot of drama. So we do have a lot of drama. And you know, the best person to handle drama is dad.
Yeah, he is.
And he’s not on the episodes, which really sucks because then that puts the drama in our plate.
There there’s a lot of fun times coming up. And I like I like watching like the fun, the family, the the funny, you know, stuff when we’re even when we’re drunk and the funny stuff.
It’s more lightarted.
Yeah, it’s more lighthearted. You know, the drama. We do have a ton of that. And you know that’s just cuz season two was it did it seemed like a lot of dram and it was just a tough time in everybody’s life. I think everybody was going through a lot.
Yeah.
And that’s what people don’t realize you know you are filming no matter what you’re going through.
Well and we put it all out there like that whenever we got into reality TV. We said we’re not going to hold back. We’re going to show everyone the good times the bad. We’re not going to have conversations off camera. Um you know we’re going to literally put every single bit of our lives out there. And I think that that’s one of the reasons why our show is done so well. And it’s also a lot of the reasons why we do get so much hate.
Yeah.
Is because Yeah. We could filter the way that we talk. We could filter the things that we do to cater it towards acting better on camera to where you only see the good sides of us or you only see the good situations and we hide all of the flaws that we have. But that wouldn’t be true to who we are and true to the story. So, we’re putting it all out there for better or worse. Sometimes it hurts and sometimes we may regret it, but we decided as a family when we were going to do this thing that that was how we were going to how we were going to do it.
It anybody who had their whole life filmed would make flaws. Anybody not a single person is perfect. So if you put a camera on someone 24/7 365, there are going to be times where you make mistakes or you look like an idiot or you know you say some things you don’t mean cuz you’re mad and you and especially through those times that you’re filming 24/7, you’re also talking about all your emotions, everything going on.
Any problems, you know, you are discussing a lot and it’s just part of it. But yeah, there’s going to there’s a lot of fun times on there. There’s a lot of drama.
I think it’s a good mixture. Obviously, we like the light-hearted stuff, the fun times to watch that more. That’s just us. I’m sure everybody reels into the drama.
Probably loves the drama more as evidenced by the comments on social media. They like to tear us and we probably don’t help it because we live in a world of drama. So, we do. We do. But we’re working on that.
We we’ve got we’ve come a long ways and I’m excited not only for um the viewers to see, you know, if anyone’s watched season one, to watch the rest of season two. And you know, knock on wood, we get to um seasons three, four, five, and beyond and keep this thing going because I think that our personal growth has been tremendous.
Our business growth, while not from a uh like a topline standpoint, the actual business growth from an operational and organizational standpoint is so much better. And you get to see that coming on board. Um, yeah, we we’ve come a long ways and I’m excited for you all to watch the rest of this season play out and uh hopefully you guys take to heart what you see on every single day from the work that we put into this thing, the work we put into our businesses, how we are in our personal life, how close we are as a family, and you don’t let a one-sided argument or situation that you watch in an episode uh dictate how you perceive us for an indefinite time period.
Yeah. And I mean honestly through season two or through season two we put every problem out there. We talk about there’s not one single thing. There’s not a single thing we’ve ever hid from the cameras.
But here’s what I’m going to say about that is whenever we get to season three, you guys are going to see how we work through every single problem in our life because we get up and we go to work every single day and we don’t care what people are saying.
Yeah.
We keep doing us and that’s we deal with the comments, we deal with the negativity and we just wake up every single day and go to work and we work through anything. That’s what we’re going to keep doing.
Yeah, we’re going to keep going that way. So guys, thanks for tuning in.
We’re going to do weekly recaps of each episode. We’re also going to do lives, like we said, uh 30 minutes before each episode starts, we’re going to get together as a family and go live on our Instagrams. It’ll definitely be my Instagram. Um I think Casey’s We’ll switch it up each week, but we’re going to do multiple Instagram accounts to make Probably yours most of the time, though.
Yeah, probably mine most of the time.
Yeah, just to make it easier.
That way people know where it’s at.
Yeah. So, just come to my Instagram 30 minutes before each episode airs on Bravo. They air every Monday night 98 central and they’re available to stream the next day on Peacock. So, we’re excited. Send in questions that you may have. We’ll try to answer them all during the lives and uh anything else that we don’t get to, we’ll try to cover here on the podcast. Thanks for tuning in, guys. Look forward to seeing y’all next week.
