What They Saw at Skinwalker Ranch Will Haunt You Forever.
What They Saw at Skinwalker Ranch Will Haunt You Forever.

Guys, don’t go to Skinwalker Ranch. It was the worst mistake of my life. That place is so much worse than they say it is. It’s not a tourist attraction. I’ll just I’m just going to tell you what happened. I happened to be in Arizona last month and I had a layover flight in Utah for like a full day before I got to come back home. And one of my best friends happened to be in Utah doing interviews for his residency. So, we happened to be in the state at the same time. And we thought, I mean, like, when’s the next time we’re going to be here? What’s a fun thing we could do here? We didn’t really know what to do.
And we’re like, “Oh, you know, it’ be a fun bit if we went to go check out Skinwalker Ranch. It would be funny. It would be cool.” And we weren’t really there to look at Skinwalker Ranch. I didn’t think anything of Skinwalker Ranch. I’ve seen that History Channel show. It looks like a bunch of quacks.
It’s It looks silly. We went there for fun because we know there’s military bases there and we just wanted We were poking around. Oh, maybe we’ll see a B2 stealth bomber fly overhead or like some F-22s. We know that there’s like Hill Air Force base over there. We were there to have fun. Maybe see some military stuff. We really weren’t there so much for Skinwalker Ranch. We just wanted to pull up, take a picture, then maybe go somewhere else, just enjoy Utah for what it was. But when we pulled up there, you know, initially the place doesn’t look like anything. It’s mundane. It’s dull.
Everything’s the same color. They don’t really tell you how to get to Skinwalker Ranch on the map, but realistically there’s so many like private property trespassing signs. They basically have a breadcrumb trail that’s like leading you to the front gate. Like we knew we knew we were close when we started seeing all of these signs that eventually led to this front gate. So we pull our car over about like maybe like an eighth of a mile past the front gate throw on the hazards and we just are walking the line of the front gate like the line of the gate to the front gate. The only weird thing that we saw which in hindsight was a bit weird was there was like posts outside of the gates that were like wrapped in animal skins and like looked like animal intestines but they were just like dried out by the sun. They seemed man-made. They seem like they were there to make the lore feel like actually spooky, but for us we’re just like that’s just kind of gross.
Whatever. We walk past them and we get to the front gate and the front gate has like an iconic kind of look to it and we’re like all right let’s just grab a pick so we can say like look we’re asking Walker Ranch together and then we’re going to drive somewhere else and maybe go on a hike or like look for some B2 stuff bombers in the sky whatever boys stuff. We’re like all right let’s take this pick and I put my water bottle on the floor and I put my phone up and then I do that little timer thing on your phone. I don’t know why I put it for like 10 seconds just because I feel like I need a time to backpedal and get into a good pose with my friend, but this is where it gets really weird.
Like, so I put on that 10-second timer.
I backpedal. You know, we’re a little bit worried that maybe somebody’s going to come out and scold us, but we weren’t really thinking about cars driving by, but as I hit this timer, I’m backpedaling. There’s a car coming from the left to the right. We’re like, “All right, let’s just hope it drives by.
Let’s just get this pick. Let’s get out of here.” We’re not really trying to ruffle any feathers. We know people work here. like we’re being annoying tourists, but we’re not trying like we’ll leave. You know, right as this car pulls up, this timer is like at like 7 seconds, 6 seconds, and a black Chevy Tahoe pulls up to like right in front of my phone. Of course, as we’re taking a picture here, big ass black car filled with men in suits, but and immediately they’re just like, “You’re trespassing.
You can’t be here.” You could tell that they deal with this all the time. And me and my friend, we just have this timer.
We’re like, “Let’s just wait a second.
Let’s let this 3 seconds countdown.
Let’s get this picture. And I give them the most like, hold on, just give us one second. Clearly, we’re taking a picture.
This is this is where it gets everything gets weird and I can’t explain it and I’m trying to deal with it and I’m trying to rationalize it to myself and make sense of it. Once the flash went off, like the timer went off for my phone and for the picture, it felt like we entered a soundproof room. Like all the wind and the sounds of like crackling leaves and just like the sounds of nature and like desert and ranch, it felt like we just entered a soundproof room. like somebody plucked the sound away from us. I don’t know if any of you guys have experienced this sometimes like some heightened level of cortisol maybe this happens where it kind of feels like you get super hyper aware and like your eyes almost like crank up a little bit like the saturation cranked up a little bit and the vibrance it just everything seemed like it got a little bit more color and a little bit sharper and it really freaked me out that I couldn’t hear and all my vision seemed to be tweaked a little bit. I didn’t know if I was the only one feeling it. I don’t know if I was having an anxiety attack or a panic attack. And I look at my friend Sam and I could see that he’s in shock, too.
Like, he’s he’s feeling it, too. And then he’s looking at the other guys. And then I look at the dudes that had just pulled up and they’re feeling it, too.
They’re looking at us like, “What is happening right now? What what is going on?” So, before it was like a shoe, get off our property thing like you annoying tourists. And now we’re sitting in a situation where we’re looking at these guys and they’re looking at us like, “Are you feeling this the same way we’re feeling this?” And then I see their eyes shoot over to the gate and Sam nudges me and I turn. Everything is still just so heightened and so weird. And I look inside of this gate onto onto the ranch and there’s this like glowing blue orb.
That’s the only way I could explain it.
There’s just this glowing blue orb and it doesn’t have any imperfections and it’s just you can’t tell what part is the front and the back and it’s just floating about eye level inside of the gate. It it had no indications of what was the front of the back, but I could almost tell by its like slight movements that it was like looking at the other guys and then it like almost mechanical and then I could tell it was looking at us and I’m just looking at this thing floating that was about the size of a beach ball. But everything in me, it was like it pulled fear from my heart. Every part of my being was scared. I didn’t know what I was looking at. It looked so unnatural and so so foreign from anything I’ve ever seen and moved like nothing and then it just kind of rattled and just shot up into the sky. If you blinked, you wouldn’t have seen it shoot up. It it just like a projectile, but it wasn’t like a projectile. It wasn’t like a rocket. It almost zipped like you know the difference between like a muscle car or like a a sports car and then like a Tesla that just zips and makes no sound.
It just shot up into the sky. It zipped and then it just kind of made an arching pattern and just kind of disappeared. It was one of those experiences that to be honest I would never have said anything about but me and Sam probably would have been like that was weird. Blue Orb, Skinwalker Ranch, that was sick. Let’s go home. Whatever. But it was the fact that these other guys were with us that made this an issue because we look back at them. I’m kind of freaking out. I’m like, if it was just me and Sam, we’re we’re just getting in the car. We’re leaving. These guys are celebrating.
They’re celebrating like that was the best thing that ever happened to them.
They were just acting like serious get off our property. dead serious businessmen or whatever they are and now they’re like jumping around and cheering and celebrating and we don’t know how to react to this. These are grown men acting like that situation was amazing.
I just wait until they start to engage with us and just one of the dudes is like he comes us up to us with the weirdest energy just saying things like that was amazing, wasn’t it? That was awesome. We knew we knew activity happened when newcomers came, but we’ve never seen anything like that. They never they never let us come that close.
And he’s like talking to us as if that experience that we just had was some type of blessing. And then he starts like pressing us like you saw too like like please like come in like give us testimony. And he’s like trying to get us to come with him to give him testimony about what just happened. And I’m I’m just weirded out by this guy in general. Sam came to a different conclusion than I did cuz Sam replied before I did. He just basically said and I wasn’t expecting him to come from this angle whatsoever. Sam goes, “I want to keep our country’s secrets secrets.
Whatever you need us to sign, whatever we need to do for us to go home, I want our country’s secrets to say to stay safe. Tell us what we need to do. He thinks that these dudes are military.
And I’m like, that actually kind of makes sense. And what we just saw might have been militaryra equipment that we were not supposed to see, but we saw it.
And these dudes are playing buddy buddy trying to get us to come with them because they’re going to who knows? But Sam is basically offering like we didn’t see anything. whatever you need us to sign to keep our country’s secrets a secret, we’re willing to do so as long as we could leave. But this dude is just he is just keeps making it seem like he’s punk. He’s absolutely reassuring us that he’s just a scientist. His team is all scientists. They’re just on this ranch to do research. And it gets to the point where he’s so eccentric and he’s so just excited about it and reassuring that he’s not military and what we saw has nothing to do with the military that we kind of calm down. Even though what we just saw was so bizarre and a story you probably wouldn’t tell anybody without looking like an absolute weirdo.
This guy convinced us that what we saw was pretty cool in the moment and he was doing research on the ranch and that this would be really important for us to come and just give our eyewitness testimony for what they were doing. Then he started offering us things like just come on. I’ll give you a tour of the ranch. You guys could like pop around yourselves. We’ll give you a golf cart.
He was so overly friendly that in that moment when you kind of feel like you’re half in trouble while you just experience something that was so bizarre that like you just don’t know what to think or believe. You’re kind of in a malleable state like people could influence you. And he had been here. He he told us that he lived there and like he was always studying there and that that was the most amazing thing he’d seen. And he just wanted us to come on to give a testimony. We could have a tour and we could leave. Everything in me wishes I didn’t get into that Tahoe and go onto that ranch. Once I closed that door, he seemed so friendly. But it just got weird once we were in the car.
He was just going over what happened in such a theatrical way, as if he was like rehearsing the story that just happened to us right then, as if he was rehearsing it to tell other people. And he was like kind of exaggerating it already. And he just seemed a little bit off. And I wish we had gotten out of the car before that gate closed because once that gate closed, he just looked back.
I’ll never forget this. This dude just said something along the lines of, “If I were you guys, I would never leave.” And this man meant it because he actively tried to not let us leave. Welcome to Skinwalker Ranch. It was 1994 when the Shermans bought their dream 480 acre ranch in Utah. When they first checked out the dwellings on the property, they couldn’t believe the dead bolts holding the doors shut or how reinforced the windows were. They also would find very large chains in the yards that looked like they were supposed to hold back a very large animal. It wasn’t long before they realized why the previous owners did this. On a dreary day, shortly after they moved in, the Shermans were moving their prize-winning cattle into their new grazing pen with lots of acreage.
Everything was going smooth when they saw a large wolf approaching from a distance. Eventually, the beast would come up to them, acting very docile. It even let the kids pet it. When suddenly, one of the baby cattle stuck its nose outside of the pen. The beast instantly leaped to the pen 20 ft and grabbed the calf by its nose. The calf crying out as he tore it apart. So, quickly, Mr.
Sherman pulls his 357 off his hip. He fires three rounds into the beast with nothing happening. The beast seemed unfazed. He would take a couple steps back and shake it off and go back to ripping the calf apart. Well, good thing Mr. Sherman, the rancher that he is, had a backup. He went behind the seat of his truck and grabbed out his 3030 lever action. He took a shot at the beast and hit it in the chest. A large chunk of meat and hair would fly off it, landing in a pool of blood. The beast turns and looks at him almost stunned and then slowly trots away. After the beast leaves his eyesight, he begins following the tracks. They would go on for about a mile when suddenly four tracks turned into two and he was walking as a humanoid. He then would follow them into a field another 100 ft where they completely disappeared as if the beast had gone up. And it gets weirder yet.
When pointing out the type of wolf to authorities, he chose the direwolf that had been extinct for 10,000 years.
Things settled down for a week or so after the gruesome direwolf incident.
But it wasn’t long before the odd happenings picked back up. They all seemed to be targeted towards Gwen. She literally began to think she was going insane. She would come home from grocery shopping, unpack all the groceries, put them away. Then she’d leave the room for a second and when she returned, the groceries would be back in the grocery bags as if she had never unpacked them.
In the morning, she would regularly take showers. So, she would go into the bathroom, lock the door behind her, then put the brush and towel next to the tub.
When she would go to get out, the towel and brush would be gone, found somewhere in another room. It was getting to the point she was going to tell Terry that she was losing her mind. Until one day, Terry walked into the house, asking where his post hole digger was. He leaned it up against the pole as he was messing with the wire and then turned around. It was gone. He’d find it weeks later 70 ft in a tree. Crazy part that for these incidents, the Shermans were starting to really wonder whether something was wrong with their homestead. About a week before the discovery of the post hole digger at the top of the tree, Mr. Sherman’s nephew would come up for a few days and get a tour of the property. Terry’s son would also tag along. The day went by fast and they lost track of time, so it was nightfall by the time they headed back to the homestead. While on their way back, Mr. Sherman noticed a set of headlights he had noticed before driving along their fence line. He figured it was a group of guys hunting without permission, so he made his way towards them hastily. The light continued to approach him until suddenly it seemed like it was getting further away, so he broke out in stride. The boys followed suit and he began to wonder why there was no engine sound. They were able to get within 100 yards when suddenly the light left the ground and flew over the treetops. Terry and the boys stood in shock. That fall, the orbs were heavy, ranging from red to blue, each color more malevolent than the rest. Terry would see orbs all that fall, ranging from blue to red to orange. The blue ones being the most malevolent. He called them the blue meanies. After a tough winter and losing a bunch of cattle, Terry was at his wit’s end, but his pride kept him going until one particular night when he was sitting on his front porch with his three prize hunting dogs. Suddenly, they start growling. He looks up and sure enough, a blue orb pops out over the woodline. The orb starts coming towards him and the dogs were at the end of their chain.
They called the blue orbs blue meanies because when they got close to you, they instilled fear. Terry felt they gave off a frequency that absolutely horrified their prey. So out of pure instinct, he lets the dogs loose. They pushed the orb into the thicket. For some reason, his frequency didn’t work on the dogs. Terry thought, “Yes, I finally got a victory.” When suddenly, all three dogs yelped. He wanted to go check, but feared for his life. Next morning, he found all three dogs. They were in a heaping pile, cauterized. That was after all of his negative experiences. Terry was at his wit’s end. His wife lost her job and the kids were failing in school. They were sleeping in one room at night because of the entities that would stand at the foot of their beds. Him and wife Gwen finally decided to put the house up for sale and they approached the papers to tell their story. They would receive much criticism from the town’s folk, but Terry’s story would end up going nationwide. And it just so happens the article caught the eye of billionaire Robert Bigalow. Bigalow was a businessman who had a fascination with the paranormal. So he started an institute called NIDS, National Institute for Discovery Science. He saw Skinwalker Ranch as a perfect opportunity for his studies. So he would purchase the ranch for $200,000 from the Shermans. The only stipulation would be that they hire Mr. Sherman to run the ranch cuz he wanted to see what they come up with. He would employ former military for security and over 25 scientists with PhDs. The Hunter would now become the hunted. So Bigalow purchased the ranch in July of 96, and he was ready to move in in September of that year. But before he moved in, he went there to have a little camping adventure and see if maybe they’d see something. So he invited some close friends from the nits team and they went and camped for a couple nights. The first night there was no unusual activity, but the second night would quickly change that. Mr. Bigalow and his friends would set up camp right next to an abandoned building. The second night they would start a fire and shoot the [ __ ] over a couple beers just like any normal camping trip. Then Mr. Bigalow heard a branch break. What was that? One buddy. Oh, it’s just an old [ __ ] There ain’t nothing about this place. Then another breaks, but this time it’s high up in a tree. See? Just an old [ __ ] Mr.
Bigalow glances up and that’s when he sees it. A pitch black beast with yellow glowing eyes. To avoid panic, Bigalow keeps it to himself. He watches it the whole time. The beast just sat there as if observing. Shortly after their camping trip, Bigalow had moved his team in and their equipment. It was September of 96. The team consisted of 25 crew members ranging from vets to military personnel. He set up three towers with somebody on watch in each of them around the clock. There were soldiers with night vision goggles patrolling the property day and night. Once set up, the remainder of 96 was actually really calm. So calm that some of the crew had even started to doubt Gwen and Terry’s stories. That was until March 9th, 1997.
It was midday and Gwen and Terry were tagging cows in the pasture. They had tagged a calf and walked about 300 yards to tag another when suddenly their dog started growling. They looked over and the mother of the previous calf was jumping around. When they walked back over to investigate, they were horrified at what they saw. In the 45minute gap, something had gutted and cleaned the calf with no blood remaining. Just his head, spine, and legs. It even removed the ear with a tag. Weird happenings would continue to take place on the ranch. Shermans were still losing cattle to mutilations, and ores became a regular thing. Probably the most frightening event was experienced by two of the soldiers who happened to be Russian. They were out on night patrol walking the top of the ridge. One of them had night goggles, the other didn’t. As they stood at the edge of the ridge looking out, the one with the night goggles scanned to land. And he noticed something. A small light popped up in an opening at the foot of the ridge, which is probably 100 ft down.
“Do you see that?” said the soldier with the night goggles. “Do you see it?” The one that didn’t have night goggles asked to see, but the one who had him wouldn’t give him up. That’s when he pulls his scope up. “Yeah, I see it. I see it.” A small light began to form, and it began to get bigger and bigger. As it was growing, the one with night goggles said, “I can see to the other side. I can see the other side. It’s a portal.
Oh my god, he says there’s something coming out of it. He saw two black arms reach through from the other side as the beast crawled through it. Once through it stood up and looked their way. After the beast jumps out the portal and looks at them, it starts running up the hill at superhuman speed. Its long legs covering 20 foot of stride. The soldiers say they can remember the clay crushing beneath its feet as it ran up the ridge.
As it got closer and closer, they got ready to fire, but the thing just ran right past them. It ran past them about 30 ft away. They sighed a huge sigh of relief. One thing we can say about the skinwalker is that it doesn’t kill humans. It does know the boundary between humans and animal. Bigalow would keep the ranch from 96 to 2016. Many say that his studies weren’t a success because he didn’t get any real evidence.
He only got pictures at night. Whatever the beings were, he said, knew about the cameras and they avoided them at all costs. But when asked if people don’t believe in Skinwalker Ranch, what he would say to them, he’d say, “You’re clinically insane.” He would sell Skinwalker Ranch in 2016 to Adamantium Holdings for about $4 million. This is owned by Brandon Fugal. History Channel even started a show, but it seems to mysteriously have stopped.
>> Skinwalker Ranch. Welcome to Truth Reels. In northeastern Utah, there’s a 500 acre stretch of land known as Skinwalker Ranch. For decades, it’s been called one of the strangest places in America. Not because of rumors, because of reports that refuse to go away. The name comes from Navajo legend, the Skinw Walker, a shape-shifting entity in tribal folklore. But the modern mystery began in the 1990s when the Sherman family purchased the ranch and claimed they experienced bizarre phenomena. They reported massive wolflike creatures that wouldn’t die when shot.
Cattle mutilations with surgical precision.
unexplained lights in the sky, strange electromagnetic interference. In 1996, billionaire Robert Bigalow bought the property and funded scientific investigations through the National Institute for Discovery Science.
Researchers documented equipment malfunctions, animal injuries, and unidentified aerial phenomena, but no definitive explanation. The ranch later became connected to a Pentagon program known as Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, which investigated military encounters with unidentified aerial objects. Skinwalker Ranch was reportedly one of the sites that was studied. No official report has confirmed aliens. No peer-review studied has proven supernatural activity, but the volume of claims from law enforcement, scientists, and witnesses keep the ranch in conversation. Here’s what makes it eerie. It’s not just UFO sightings. It’s overlapping phenomena, animal mutilations, strange creatures, poltergeistike activity, radiation spikes, different categories, same property. Today, the ranch is privately owned and featured in ongoing investigations.
Still monitored, still studied, still unexplained.
Skinwalker Ranch doesn’t offer proof. It offers patterns. And sometimes the scariest places aren’t the ones that scream, they’re the ones that keep producing questions no one can fully answer. That’s today’s truth.
>> The secret of Skinwalker Ranch. This show was absolutely crazy. And this been a long overdue review because I’ve been supposed to talk about it. Now, let’s talk about it. So, this is a reality series basically about a team of investigators located at Skinwalker Ranch in Utah. Now, if you’re not familiar with what a Skinwalker is or what Skinwalker Ranch is, I will tell y’all really soon. So, basically, the name comes from a shape-shifting witch from the Navajo legend. And at this specific area, a lot of weird, creepy, unnormal things take place. Like there’s been hundreds of thousands of phenomena.
I’m talking about like UFO sightings.
People going outside seeing that their cattle, their cows are literally mutilated in ways that no other human can do unless they had types of surgical equipment. No other animal could have mutilated these other animals. Like so.
So this ranch is about like 500 acres.
So, like I said, this really wealthy guy bought the ranch and decided to basically do, you know, figure things out and do experiments. So, they’re on this ranch doing all type of different exper experiments trying to figure out what’s going on, the explanations of the, you know, unusual things that’s been taking place over the years and they’re just trying to find answers.
Now, I remember watching the show with my uncle vividly in one specific episode that really stuck with me that I will never forget was they told them to never ever dig on the property, to never disturb the earth on this property. And one of the guys, which was the superintendent, began digging rows on the ranch and he ended up with this very mysterious life-threatening bump on his head. Like just woke up one day and this huge bump was on his head. Like it grew very rapidly through his scalp separating his skull. Doctors honestly didn’t even know what to tell him. like they didn’t never seen anything like it.
It was very unusual. They did not know what it was. Their only theory was maybe because of the radiation. That’s the only thing they could really tell him was it’s probably from the radiation.
They they didn’t know what it was. And like I said, they told them to never dig or disturb the the grounds that they’re on. And soon as he did that, this happened. But they did all type of experiments and just, you know, different investigations on trying to figure out what’s going on. But like I said, this place has been known to have so many different UFO sightings and unusual things to take place. Um, this show was really good. I know it used to be on Netflix and HBO, but if y’all ever, you know, I see a lot of people say they like stuff about the Appalachian and, you know, stuff like Skinwalker. They’re honestly not even supposed to talk about this, so pray for me. But yeah, this show was really crazy. Me and my uncle used to watch it all the time. I believe there was another show that was very similar to this. But let me know what y’all think in the comments and if y’all ever used to watch this. This place right here is so scary that it’s literally illegal to visit. Place is called the Skin Walker Ranch. It’s located in Utah. And let me tell you that so many scary and paranormal things happened there that the government of the USA literally made it illegal to visit. Yep, that’s how messed up things were there. Damn, bro.
I mean, what scary stuff you’re talking about and how bad it is. To answer your question, I need you to read the name again. Skin Walker Wrench. If that’s not enough to scare you, then you should listen to the whole story. But before that, you know what to do. Save this video and come back to it at night so it’s more enjoyable like that.
Everything starts when some people decided to buy this abandoned piece of land. They literally told themselves, “Why is this abandoned in the first place? I mean, the price is great. The location looks good. So, you know what?
We’re making a farm here. They actually bought this place.” And while they were settling, you know, they were doing their stuff. A special guest decided to show up. This is the special guest I’m talking about. Yep. A wolf. But the thing is, this guy right here didn’t act like one. Let me explain what I mean by didn’t act like one. You see, wolves, they usually stay in groups. This guy right here showed up alone, and he was not scared to encounter humans. Matter of fact, he was the one who showed up out of nowhere with a weird smile on his face. And all he did was looking at the owners like when the owners saw him, they panicked.
Not because they were scared, but because the wolf was so close to the cows. One of the guys pulled his faf fafa just in case he attacks the cows.
But this guy right here was so chill.
All he did was looking at smiling like, “Bro, can’t you see that I have a You’re not scared?
surprise. Out of nowhere, this wolf right here attacked a cow. Drink that the wolf had was unbelievable. He literally dragged the whole cow. The guy who had the the wolf five times and he didn’t miss a single one. Not because he’s American. It’s because he was close. Wolf got hit five times by But you see the thing is he didn’t even react in wolves don’t talk but by his face you couldn’t tell that he was like bro is that all you got? I mean, you can add another one if you want to. And for your cow, I don’t want it anymore. You can keep it. That’s it. I’m out. Were simply in disbelief. This thing right here didn’t even flinch. Five bullets did absolutely nothing. And this is where they understood that this guy right here is not a wolf. This is a The owners told themselves, man, skin walker or not, let’s that thing and finish the job. So, they started following his tracks. You know, they were really focused on following his tracks, but then they noticed something.
Why? It’s getting bigger. Just before disappearing, this is what he left. Felt like this thing transformed into a tall thing with animal features. After all what happened, the owners were like, “Okay, we got scared. That was scary.
But we’re not leaving this place.” Literally paid for this land so we can build a successful business together.
That skin walker wolf, call it whatever you want, is not doing [ __ ] right?
False. All the cows took a maternal nap after a short period of time. Weird silhouettes started appearing. Even more weird silhouettes started appearing and yeah, for the dogs that the owner had, they literally vanished. This is where the owners were like, “Okay, bro.
Enough. It’s enough.” And they ended up by accepting an offer that a company proposed. Oh, yeah. The owners decided to sell this place to the National Institute for Discovery Science. This is exactly why you cannot enter the Skin Walker Ranch now. Hey, bro. I mean, maybe they bought this land for something else. You don’t that nothing proves that this story right here is true. Native Americans actually used to live around this place. And even they said that this place right here is cursed. Said that you should not approach it because there is a weird energy around it. They’re not capping because they even encountered the skinwalker before.
>> So y’all are just not going to talk about the little kid who disappeared within like 50 mi of Skinwalker Ranch.
Well, I’ll be happy to take the reigns on that one cuz you know how I feel about unsolved mysteries. 12-year-old Garrett Barsley disappeared in the Uenta Mountains August 20th, 2004. Garrett and his father Kevin woke up around 8:00 a.m. on a boy scout camping trip. There were a total of 18 scouts and six or seven adults along on the trip. They headed to a lake for some fishing, and Garrett managed to soak his shoes, socks, and pants. Understandably, Garrett didn’t want to wear wet clothes, so he told his father he was going to go back to camp to change. The rest of the Boy Scouts were up a hill, only 150 to 250 ft away. Kevin knew Garrett knew where he was, so he allowed his son to walk alone, but kept an eye on him as he went around the lake, even shouting directions of which path Garrett should take. After 20 minutes, Kevin was wondering what was taking his son so long. So, he went back to the camp and asked other boys if they had seen Garrett, and nobody had. A huge search of the area with hundreds of official and unofficial searchers started, but they only found a Nike sock belonging to Garrett. The sock was damp and crumpled up like Garrett had taken it off like he was going to get changed, which was in line with what his father said. The campsite was less than a/4 mile away from the lake on a well-established path. Garrett did not have a backpack or any other provisions when he went missing, but he was carrying a short ice fishing pole, which was never located.
Hundreds and hundreds of searchers looked for Garrett, even on horseback and using dogs, but no other trace of him could be found. Garrett’s sock was half a mile away from where he disappeared in a granite boulder field.
Authorities working this case believe that Garrett went into the boulderfield trying to find shelter from the cold weather. Because of the mountainous terrain, the temperature dropped to around 18° the night Garrett vanished.
Police and Garrett’s family do not believe that an abduction took place because there was no evidence of such.
And at one point, they said they don’t believe Garrett made it past the first 48 hours that he was out in the wilderness. The official search for Garrett was called off after 9 days, but family and other volunteers continued to look for him. A three-mile radius into the mountains was searched from the last place Garrett was seen, but no other evidence was ever found. What is strange about this case is authorities and Garrett’s family pretty much rode off a mountain lion attack and a bear attack.
They said there was absolutely no evidence, no trace of blood, no clothing, nothing of Garrett’s to be found. Yet, they also said an abduction was unlikely. And Garrett was not the only person to disappear in this area over the years. What do you think happened to him? People who come out to Skinwalker Ranch, when they leave and they go home, things follow them. There’s something called the hitchhiker effect. Strange things follow them home. In some cases, terrorize their family, creating all sorts of difficulty.
And that’s another side of the story. I mean, people ask, well, is it is there some malevolence to this? Is there a negativity? And there is. But uh in closing, I gather that the reason you sold the skinwalker ranch ultimately was that people were having these hitchhiker effects that they were being troubled by poltergeist activity and creatures that would appear in their backyards and and you felt helpless. You didn’t know how you could protect these people. Yeah. I think there were there were several reasons. That was the biggest one that I I I had no way really knowing how much things were going to get carried away, you know, and uh which we later had to prepare for separately and happened. But but uh so harm coming to people was number one. Um number two um the we were going full boore in the aerospace company >> and by 2017 um you know that was before co and uh before my wife’s passing >> and she passed in February of 2020 and so I was her caretaker >> in 2019 18 and 17 she didn’t want nurses around so I was her caretaker the aerospace was a big part of that and we we’re just kind of I guess um maybe outgrowing it isn’t quite the right word because how can you ever outgrow something so phenomenal? I think it is we weren’t too sure what else we should do with it >> and we ke you know we kept having these demonstrations and so forth. Um but we didn’t particularly want to respond to you want to come over to our side.
>> So well now wait a second what does that entail? We’re not we’re not sure about that. No no you know all in good time.
>> You mean you felt like there was an invitation?
>> Well we didn’t want it to get to that point.
>> Uhhuh. you know how much communicate and then things are set up more and more and more and more suggestive and so on.
You don’t want what could happen happen or anything like that. So um and cuz a lot of things that we were doing shouldn’t have succeeded.
So we had we had some kind of a rapport going on, >> right?
>> So we were getting to know you, right?
getting to know all about you. Yeah. So, so we weren’t in the dating frame of mind yet, >> you know, we’re just trying to understand the who >> and the parameters and we have nothing to do with control.
We have nothing to do with stopping you from anything. You know, we we try to be as much in harmony as we can. And uh you know my philosophy for the other side is uh I think really boils down to two things.
Stop asking what they can do for me. I want to know what can I do for the other side. That’s number one. Is there something or some things I can do for the other side that’s meaningful?
And the second is um what advice and wisdom can you offer us as to how should we operate and manage our institute >> Vicks?
>> Yeah. What? What can we So we we’re I’m trying to get advice from the other side. And they could say, you know, we’ve been trying to tell you that’s what all these hunches are for. All this intuition for that you’ve been ignoring.
We’ve been pounding on your door just like the story about God and the guy on the roof of his house and and the flood, >> right?
>> You know, and he’s praying.
>> And finally, here comes a guy with a boat. And the guy says, “No, I I’m praying for God for help.” And here comes another guy with a boat. And he says, “No, I’m praying for God for help.
Finally, no more boats.” He says, “You’ve forsaken me, God. Why have you forsaken me?” And the voice says, “What do you want? I just sent you two boats.” The story goes that the crew that is investigating the Skinwalker Ranch right now set up a trail cam one night before they went to bed. Well, about an hour after they laid down, all of their phones started going off. each of them getting a notification that something just walked into the trail cam view.
Well, they go to check it out and this is what they see. Now, I don’t know about y’all, but this is some of the best imagery I’ve ever seen of a skinwalker. Absolutely mind-blowing.
Check them out. They’re lanky, walking on all fours, distorted, mutilated. Look like they could have previously been human, but something has happened. They are known to be shape shifters as you all know and they’re a crypted similar to wendigos but not quite the same. I’d like you to take a look at their hands.
Long fingers, pointy. They look like absolute killers. I could not imagine running into one of these things in the wild. Not only are they on all fours, but they look tall. These beings are long and lanky, fast, and they’re feral.
Now, as you can see, there’s two different ones here.
Now, I want you to take a closer look at one of them. If you look at this one right around its waist, it almost looks like it has some sort of harness on it.
And take a look behind them. Is it just me or are there actual other beings behind them almost acting as if they’re the handler of these skinw walkers? If they’re the ones in charge of them or they use them as hunters or whatever it may be. Who knows? But if you look closely, I’ll zoom in on a pic. You can see there is absolutely some sort of entity behind them. Whether it’s a shape shifter or what, I have no idea. But it is the freakiest stuff I’ve ever seen. I mean, could you imagine walking through the woods, getting ready to go hunting, and running into one of these things, hearing it screech and scream at you and then hunt you down like an animal.
Absolutely terrifying. Do not go in the woods without a gun. These things are out here, fam. Why are those things hanging from the fence line? And the security at the time looked at me with a straight face and said, “Look, the Native American neighbors that surround this property, place these animal bladders on the fence line and bless them to keep the demonic spirits and entities inside this property and off of their property.” The tribal leaders in the Uenta basin and surrounding the property had been telling their people not to even look the way of the ranch.
that they were they were told don’t even look the way of the property or else you may have demonic forces entities that would follow you. In the heart of Utah lies a place full of mysteries. It’s called the skinwalking wrench. For decades, this land has been a hot bed for unexplained phenomena. UFO sightings, eerie lights, and other worldly creatures from shape-shifting creatures. Yeah, shape-shifting creatures leaving everyone terrifying questioning reality. And yes, I ain’t testing paranormal investigators have also ventured to this place to get answers, but they couldn’t explain or find out why these phenomenons are happening. Skinwalker Ranch is a very crazy place where reality is blurred and the unknown lurks in the shadows. Thank you so much if you stay with me till the end of this story.
