Max. Max, come back to the boat. You can’t let the guest drive the tender.
[cheering] >> This isn’t a free-for-all. Get your together on this deck. You understand?
Get Max back to the boat.
>> Max [music] and asked you to come back to the boat. Get back to the boat.
>> He heard that. Be a boss. That can never happen again. You got to ask. He took initiation to get him on.
>> Well, that’s when you pause him because you’re in charge. After this, you can bring this light in.
>> I’m getting for him doing that. It’s >> You’re doing fantastic.
>> That’s >> Max, get get back to the boat.
>> The captain is coming down to me so hard and you’re that stupid to let a guest drive the tender. I feel like you want me fired at this stage.
>> What’s happening? The guest can’t drive the tender ever. Can’t leave the boat without telling the captain.
>> Captain Sun was mad.
>> Yeah, she came to me like this.
>> I understand what he’s saying, but I know what I’m doing. I’m this far from the wheel. Just breathe. Breathe.
[music] Okay.
>> Girls, girls, the cabins are open.
Pleasure. Treasure.
>> Copy.
>> Be a boss.
>> I I am.
>> I just say I can’t see this far.
Pressure makes us better because when you apply that pressure and you have that expectation [music] for a crew member, they step into it because it’s a challenge for them and they see your belief in them. [music] And when you have that belief in someone, they don’t want to disappoint you nor themselves. That’s pathetic, isn’t it?
>> I don’t even want to put it anymore.
>> Embarrassing. You’re not. This is never going out again.
>> Never.
>> [music] >> You know when you wake up and you instantly have voices in your head?
>> You hear voices?
>> You’re in a monologue.
>> So [music] sad. Gati is not here.
>> Good morning. Morning, bro, man.
>> Really wavy.
>> Really?
>> Yeah.
>> I know the weather’s coming then.
>> Yeah. Yeah. We’ll start with the uh chest case.
>> Go.
Oh, that’s a good sight. You bent over the table like that.
>> Shut up, Nathan.
>> Bent line. Bent line. Go.
>> All right. Get off.
>> Feel the wind. Pick up. It just went to 22 knots.
>> Yeah, boy. Yeah, boy.
>> What do I have to do?
>> Just got this. Yeah, boy.
>> Looks good there. We’ll do the naughty boys. Go back down.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah, boy. Yeah, boy. Yeah, boy.
>> It’s all right. No around. Just do our jobs. M interior for a couple of days.
>> Yeah. Yeah. No, it’s good. It’s good.
Nathan, can you come to the bow and start hauling the anchor?
>> Yeah, I’m on my way, Captain.
>> Let’s [music] head back to Marina Portale.
>> Go. Okay.
>> Just the nose to lift up a bit.
>> Mhm.
>> And after we will swing the whole lens.
>> Yep.
>> Nice.
>> Oh, I’m tired.
>> Yeah, I know. One on deck. [music] >> I look like I’ve been dragged through a bush. Kizzy.
>> Yeah, >> the table looks wonderful.
>> Yeah, that is actually it.
>> Thank you, Nathan. Well, crew, 30 minutes to the dock.
>> What’s up?
>> What’s up, party animal? How you doing this morning, my man?
>> I’m ready to have the fluid.
>> Hello, cop.
>> Hey, when we dock, [music] we’re going to have wind. Okay, >> so it’s important that you’re precise, right?
>> Yesterday was a tough day for you guys, >> and I need you to be more of a boss.
bring that professionalism for me.
>> Yeah, we’ll do, Cap. Thank you.
>> Cheers.
>> Cheers.
>> So, when we’re talking, it’s going to be a challenge. It’s extremely windy. We’re going to have the same setup in the stern. Me, Joe, and V. Once he’s done, he’ll come up. Let’s bring it back.
>> Yeah.
>> Get the focus in. Mom, get the game faces on.
>> After so many misses in a row and Captain Sandy coming down on us, I just need this docking to go well.
>> Good luck with the docking. Kathy is going to be a great mother. The way she yelled at us last night.
>> Oh, I’m so pleased with that.
>> Oh, okay. Sorry. Are you in a good mood?
>> I don’t know.
>> Those are some nice boats. I like you, Sel.
>> The wind just gets my hair going everywhere.
>> 17 knots. The wind’s behind us. Oh, that’s windy.
>> Yeah, it’sing windy.
>> We need to be precise. Rapid on the lines.
>> Yeah, >> I’m going to back into it cuz of the wind.
>> Okay, copy.
>> What’s behind me? I need your eyes back there.
>> All clear to go back.
>> I can’t even back my car into my garage.
Parking this thing. Jeez.
>> Feel >> 10 m from the key.
>> This is so tight. It’s so windy.
>> Can we have 3 m to pour, please? I don’t have a bell thruster.
>> 3 m to port.
>> This thing isn’t working.
>> She I don’t know. Top. You need to go to port by 4 m.
>> Bid, I need help.
>> That’s not good.
>> I need to drop this fender.
>> 4 m to the top.
>> I cannot move this boat.
>> We’re going to drift on now.
>> There’s no thruster.
>> Oh, I don’t want to crush the sailboat to my starboard side. We need the bow thruster.
>> Six to the top.
>> I can’t move it. I can’t move it.
>> Go, go, go.
>> This one’s nuts.
>> Can we go for m to four?
>> Like, it’s not working. There’s no thruster.
>> This is so hard.
>> You need to go to the port.
>> I need to drop this fender.
>> I don’t know what’s going on.
>> We got to secure the boat here.
>> I can’t move it.
>> The wind’s really strong.
>> I’ll be walking out. We’re going to secure here.
>> Go. allow us to bring the lines over to the other boat.
>> Great idea. Without [music] the bow thrusters, the deck team needs to put the lines in a certain place and then we need to use the windlesses to pull the boat over.
>> She’s going to split the sticks and bring us over. So, tighten up on that.
>> One little wrong move could end our charter season. So, those milliseconds matter.
>> Wait, watch your fingers. Watch your fingers.
>> Look at how it’s docking.
>> How do you do your job?
>> Keep giving them slack.
>> Like this. Slack. Slack. Slack. Slack.
Slack. Tighten up on that and take the slack out of the water on this cross line.
>> Would you be able to shift us over with splitting the sticks?
>> Ready?
>> Yeah, we’re ready.
>> Tie off in the bullard. Okay. Tie up here.
>> What’s the distance?
>> 7 m from the key. We can start bringing it back now. C. That line’s good.
>> Okay. Tie them off. Cool.
>> Get the other ground line. Lovely. Hold it there. C. You go down and focus on them lines, bro. On the back.
>> Yeah. Just cap. Keep coming up on that ground line, Max. Go.
>> Okay, go boy. You look good, Aaron.
>> Great. [music] Thank you.
>> Wow.
Good job, B.
>> Thanks. I’m [laughter] cramping.
>> She’s a boss.
>> Oh, Jesus Christ.
>> That was fun.
>> Yeah, it is. Ding going.
>> Thank god. Captain Sandy [music] done an amazing job docking. The deck team got us alongside safely. I would say this is like a bit of hope for our team even though we’re in this high stress situation that we can pull through and stay focused. What a job that was.
>> Yeah. I mean honestly like it was fine and then the thruster stopped. I think it may have overheated.
>> Yeah.
>> Seeing Nathan show up, give direction to [music] his team and dock this vessel in these conditions is impressive. I’m proud of him. I know I’ve been tough on Nathan, but this proves pressure makes diamonds.
>> He’s done a good job.
>> Yeah, you did a great job.
