Captain Jason Breaks Up a Crew Night Out Over Unexpected Mistake: “Never in the History…”
Captain Jason Chambers makes the rules for the Below Deck Down Under Season 4 crew, and when one person decided to break his directive, Jason took the drastic step of interrupting the crew’s night out to address it.
“What’s going on here?” Jason asked himself during Episode 7, as he picked his infamous disco ball helmet off the floor of a deserted M/Y Katina. “No one’s left a helmet before.”
During the earlier tip meeting, Jason had bequeathed the helmet to stew Alesia Harris. After discovering it abandoned, Jason muttered under his breath, “Alesia, for god’s sakes, if anyone would leave it, it’d be her.”

Jason made the walk over to the crew dinner out and walked up to the table with the bejeweled headpiece, getting cheers and laughs from the crew. “Never in the history of the helmet has it ever been left,” Jason told Alesia before placing it on her head.
Alesia thanked Jason and apologized for neglecting to wear it. “It did not go with the outfit,” she joked during the March 16 episode, “But I actually think it adds to it.”
During the Below Deck Down Under After Show, Alesia dubbed the snafu her “diva moment.” She added, “I probably had nice hair that night and didn’t want to take it with me.”

Captain Jason designated the helmet for Alesia after she failed to clean up pizza that was left on the bar overnight.
“Stop leaving things around like a little rat,” Jason told her as he handed her the headgear.
What to Know About Below Deck Down Under Season 4
All aboard! Below Deck Down Under Season 4 has left the dock, with new episodes airing Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo and streaming the next day on Peacock.

The crew finds itself on rocky waters, as the season kicks off with a historic crossover charter featuring The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 6 cast aboard M/Y Katina. Alesia admitted she was a deserving recipient. “I had been messing up left, right, and center. So it was only a matter of time,” she conceded on the After Show. “I don’t think I’m fully responsible, but sometimes you just take it on the chin. And just be like, ‘Yeah, fair. I did leave it.’ I was the last man standing.”

A charter guest had also given Alesia notes during the third charter. During the March 16 episode, Jason pointed out a guest comment that Alesia needed to “smile more.”
Alesia was surprised by the feedback. “I thought I smiled all the time,” she said during the After Show. “But maybe it’s because [the guests] make me feel stressed.”

Alesia actually confided in chief stew Daisy Kelliher about that stress during the March 16 episode. “I can’t tell you how overwhelmed I felt with the list I had,” Alesia explained. “I feel like I’m going to cry, because I genuinely can’t do any more than I can do…It was such a long day. It was too much.”
After Daisy calmed Alesia down, she confessed her frustration to producers. “I don’t know what the f—k happened last night, but I really see that Alesia is about to crack,” Daisy observed.
Daisy explained more of her retionale on the After Show. “Energy’s palpable,” she said. “[The guests have] come on their vacation to not be stressed. So, if you’re giving off stressed energy, they’re gonna feed off of that, and that’s not what they’re paying for.”
Still, Daisy can see the flip side of the coin. “One of her great things is [Alesia] wears her heart on her sleeve,” Daisy said on the After Show. “You can read her emotions very easily, and in a lot of ways I’m like that, so I enjoy that part of Alesia.”
