At the shop’s opening in Cave City, Kentucky, attendees participated in free giveaways and listened to live music.

The shop served snacks and granola bars to interested buyers.

The space is expected to become a bar during after-hours.

In mid-March, Mike‘s girlfriend thanked her boyfriend for his support.

The former Playboy model shared a sweet snapshot of the two locking lips.

“Couldn’t have done any of this without my love,” Leticia wrote.

She claimed the American Pickers host had “the best ideas and is so supportive.”

“Even when he knows it means sacrificing time together some.”

The Beauty and the Geek alum also described the path leading up to her grand opening as a “very expensive road.”

THE COFFE SHOP
In early March, the U.S. Sun revealed the former model bought the commercial property on July 16, 2021.

She spent about $110,000 on the two-story building, according to the property records.

Leitica bought suites A and B of the two-story brick building.

In January 2022, she filed a business license for Collins and Cline for suite B.

At the time, the sales deed read “restaurant/recreation bar or lounge.”

HER EMPIRE

Nearly two years ago, the Marketing Director founded the pickle company SuckerPunch.

In February 2022, the U.S. Sun reported on the 45-year-old entrepreneur as she expanded her business empire.

In 2019, Leticia opened the “upscale dive atmosphere” eatery known as The Dive.

In addition to the supermodel, Leticia’s mother, Debbie Passamore, and sister, Shannon Burke, are the owners of the establishment.

Debbie bought the property in May 2019 for $38,000.

The TV star also owns Smiley’s Garage, which is for the motorcycle community in Cave City.

Leticia and her sister Shannon bought the building in July 2018 for $20,000.

FULL OF IDEAS
At the time, she took to Instagram and shared her business plans with her followers.

“When I was a little girl I told my mom I was going to get rich and come back and buy my Hometown, Cave City,” Leticia shared.

“I didn’t come back rich, but I came back full of ideas and the knowledge of how to achieve a goal.”

“Since then, I’ve opened a community motorcycle garage and a bar, renovated a 100-year-old building into four more businesses, and sit on the city council, I’m proud of where I’m from and work endlessly to see it reach its full potential,” she concluded.

In 2014, Leticia became the co-founder of Standard Motorcycle Corporation.
