Disagree with Danielle Colby’s opinion on pineapple and pizza despite her wearing a bikini for a pineapple-themed pool float.

Hello everyone, my name is Alana B. Welcome back to another video. Danielle Kby wears a bikini for a pineapple-themed pool float, but I disagree with the American Pickers star’s take on pineapple and pizza.

Danielle Colby is a woman who understands what she enjoys. According to the American Picker star, this appears to include bikini weather and pool floats, but it surely does not include pineapple on her pizza.

In her most recent swimsuit post, the history star was lounging in the pool and sharing some opinions about America’s favorite food, which I completely disagree with.

As the American Picker star herself observed, Danielle and pineapple go together swimmingly. However, they appear to work best when the pineapple is in the water rather than on a slice she is attempting to eat.

This isn’t the first time the star has combined a food item with a side of thirst. Earlier this year, Colby climbed into a tub filled with Froot Loops for another picture. I’m noticing a pattern. However, this time she didn’t cover herself in small pineapple bits. Instead, the pineapple and pizza connection arose because she was using a pineapple-shaped pool float.

While I agree with her sentiments about spending a day in the sun and water, I’m not so keen on this image she snapped at my favorite pizza flavor.

Yes, I unapologetically enjoy pineapple on pizza, and I’m not just talking Hawaiian pizza. Actually, my favorite toppings are pineapple, cheese, and tomato sauce. Normally, I wouldn’t admit that in mixed company either, as many people enjoy telling me it’s disgusting. But someone here must defend the fantastic pizza topping option. For whatever reason, some of you believe it is acceptable to take shots at folks who enjoy pineapple on their pizza.

I don’t remark “you gross” when you spill pepperoni grease on your pizza. I don’t shudder when I see artichokes near my red sauce. For some reason, pineapple on pizza elicits more controversy than most other toppings, including some unusual ones.

To my point, Miz Colby’s Instagram picture features a random shot at the pineapple and tomato combination and has nothing to do with pizza. She isn’t the only one who has expressed this sentiment. Gordon Ramsay famously dropped an expletive when discussing the fruit topping on pizza.

I suppose I should just be glad Hallmark’s Lacy Chabert was pleasant about her dislike of pineapple pizza.

When well, pineapples and tomatoes get their due, I believe it is high time, and I hope you agree. Still, I don’t want to feud with the American Pickers star over her pizza preferences, and I won’t hold it against her — at least as long as she doesn’t go after the olives next.
