Nervous system, so there was this long period of just it phasing out, and from the 16th century onwards, it’s non-existent. They stopped making this type of model in the 1500s. Yes, that is absolutely brilliant. It is pretty old. Yeah, the best sign I’m seeing now is this hard, hard-packed sand from the search for the infamous treasure belonging to one of the most powerful nations of the past to the discovery of the remnants of a tragedy that will never be forgotten.

Here’s how NASA just detected shapeshifting beings that seem to hover above the mysterious spot that is Oak Island. Never underestimate the desire of man. Just take a look at the Lagina brothers and The Curse of Oak Island crew. For decades now, they have been working on finding the treasure that has been said to be hidden somewhere on the captivating spot located just off the south coast of Nova Scotia, known as Oak Island. For more than 200 years, many men have given this treasure hunting endeavor their all, traveling to this little remote island from all over the world.

Despite this, it must be depressing to say that even the Lagina brothers are still searching for this treasure. It might have significant importance to what the island is trying to tell us. This is especially the case when you realize that this treasure hunting endeavor has been going on for more than 200 years. Although there have been rumors of treasure on the island for some centuries preceding the years the search began, one would find that this treasure hunting frenzy began when a young man by the name of Daniel McGinnis came across a strange depression while exploring the island.

How would he know that his curiosity would spark a treasure hunt that would go on for more than two centuries? After spotting the depression, he recruited his friends to see if they could find what may be hidden in this pit. This was driven by the rumors of treasure that had already flourished when it came to Oak Island. Just not to give up. I mean, to some extent, being discouraged brings you the sort of Phoenix uplift of, you know, “God dang it, I’m not going to be beaten by this.” So we kind of take discouragement and try and turn it back into incentive.

For starters, there are those who believe that the treasure belonged to William Shakespeare of all people. Yes, they claim that the great Bard somehow found his way to the island just so that he could bury some of the great wealth that he must have earned during his years as an acclaimed playwright. Some even claim that the treasure also consists of some of the unreleased work of Sir William Shakespeare. Until the likes of the Lagina brothers come across it, we may never be able to tell who this treasure belonged to. If they do, they may be surprised by the nature of the treasure, especially when they do not come across any old manuscripts that were written by the great Bard.

Perhaps it may be because the treasure could belong to one of the old pirating captains that sailed the seven seas during the Golden Age of piracy back in the mid-1600s. Following the efforts of the powers that be in Europe to squash this pirating infestation, the pirates may have scurried off to Oak Island. This must have been where they decided to bury their treasure until they felt it was safe to return for it, when the Spanish, Dutch, or English Navy men were out of the way.

As such, one can see how it is very important to get to the bottom of this two-century-old mystery. As much as the Lagina brothers and The Curse of Oak Island team would have loved to remain on the island so that they could concentrate their search efforts on Oak Island, a good idea, okay, so towards the bottom of the shaft, this is set 16 here. This is where we’re seeing that infiltration of water. This is the bad area where all the water, as you’ll see when we get down there.

Okay, find that they’d have to leave the shores of this remote Nova Scotia Island so that they could increase the chances of finding more clues that may lead them to the treasure that potentially belongs to Sir William Shakespeare. Sometimes they even take a break while hunting for other sorts of treasure. One would find that these guys may try their luck in other treasure hunts taking place in different parts of the world.

It was the case when the Lagina brothers and Mat I Blake decided to join Gary Drayton in Florida, where they were going to set off on a hunt for millions of dollars worth of gold, silver, along with other valuable items and jewels. Apparently, they believe that there must be this huge treasure haul in Florida because of the shipwrecks of the famous 1715 Spanish treasure fleet. Apparently, the 1715 Spanish treasure fleet went down in this area, and we know that these ships had hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars—perhaps billions of dollars—worth of gold, silver, and treasure on them.

This refers to a combination of two Spanish treasure fleets that were making their way back to the New World, the Americas, from Spain, with both ships under the stewardship of Captain General Don Westunder and Don Antonio D’iar. But it was reported that the 11 ships in the combined fleet were suddenly lost to a hurricane that occurred on the east coast of Florida on Wednesday, the 31st of July, 1715. Only one ship was able to evade the disaster before returning to Spain. As such, one can understand why the Curse of Oak Island team found their way to Florida to see if they could find any of the gold and silver that was said to be aboard this fleet.

Soon, they’d find their way to a spot where attempts were made to salvage some of the sunken ships. Apparently, this was where some of the ships met their demise on that fateful day back in the summer of 1715. It was highly possible that they would find anything relating to the sunken ships on this spot, by the waters bordering the east of Florida. This was somewhere past the condos that led towards a second flagpole down the line to the south.

In this area, it was possible to pretty much find anything in this huge plot of land. It seemed to be so clear that Gary, the metal detecting expert, decided that he was going to show them how he’d approach searching for any treasure on this spot. He referred to his process as “painting the sand,” and while it may sound bizarre— I mean, who goes around painting the sand?— it seemed to be an easy process where Gary used his metal detector to brush up against the sand.

When I detect, I sweep twice, I see, and then I step. I never walk once he detects something underneath the soil; he sweeps the area twice so that he can make the spot where his metal detector picks something up. This is contrary to how most guys with a metal detector operate. Apparently, all they do is walk right over the treasure because they failed to use their metal detectors properly. That is not what Gary and the rest of the guys are going to do now. They were going to take their time to peruse the area. That was the best way to use their metal detectors to pick anything up from underneath the ground.

With that in mind, the team got to work searching for any treasure that could be related to the 1715 Spanish treasure fleet. This takes us back to the efforts displayed by the Lagina brothers and the Curse of Oak Island team while they were searching for the treasure that has evaded many others back on Oak Island. Despite the fact that they used similar metal detectors as well as other state-of-the-art technology to search for this treasure, they still seemed to persevere in their efforts.

No gold has been picked up by the M-12. There have been traces of gold and silver found in the water here and there, especially when they were down one of their enormous shafts that they had dug up, such as the garden shaft and borehole before. These shafts were dug up because they were hoping to either come across the original Money Pit that was dug up by Daniel McGinnis and his friends all those years ago or a chamber that could be filled with these treasures and other ancient items.

That said, they had also found some ancient items along the way that had many implications as to what we have accepted as history. During the course of The Oak Island TV show, the Lagina brothers and their team have come across artifacts such as a lead cross. This turns out to be between 1200-1600. I’ll become more convinced that, you know, something did happen here, something significant, pre-money pit discovery. So, it’s a big deal for me. This lead cross is important because it was attributed to the Knights Templar. That’s really old. Old, this is the type of thing I’d expect to find in Europe.

I first saw it and thought that looks like medieval—a medieval CS, the ancient medieval Christian organization that protected the interest of Christianity in Europe, especially during some of the Crusades. It is believed that their wealth became so massive as they continued to attract the favor of the church that they soon needed a fortress of some sort to protect their ever-growing wealth. As such, the lead cross that was found, along with other items such as some coins that could be attributed to the Knights Templar, tells us that they must have made their way to the island at some point in time, preceding the original Money Pit.

As convincing as that is, there have been some other clues that have pointed the Lagina brothers and their team towards the direction of the ancient Romans. What comes to mind is the ancient Roman sword—what is it? It’s a sword, a Roman sword. That is phenomenal. This is something that was found in the 1940s in Mom Bay, in the vicinity of Oak Island, as well as some coins that have been found on the island. Could it be that even back then, the ancient Roman Empire was willing to conquer even this little island?

At least, it would be a great place to store some treasure. Whether it was the Knights Templar or the ancient Romans that made their way to the island all those centuries ago, the discovery of the treasure may lead to an alteration of the history books because this would mean that either of the two groups may have made it to the Americas long before Christopher Columbus. Thereby potentially raising the belief that he was the one who discovered the New World.

Considering the fact that his reputation has taken a recent nose dive due to the supposed atrocities that he committed when he came across the Americas, we’re sure we’ve just given people another reason to cheer on as the Lagina brothers and their team continued to search for this treasure on Oak Island. Well, maybe after this little hiatus they’ve embarked on while searching for treasure in Florida after following Gary’s lead so that they can know where to search for treasure and dig.

The team went on the walk with their metal detectors. Sooner or later, they were going to come across some treasure in Florida. Luckily, they found a great area to begin this treasure hunting walk because Gary was lucky enough to come across a shell line along with their hard-packed sand that they found on the lower beach area. They seemed to have come across an area with a lot of potential for treasure. The hard-packed sand seemed to be something that really excited Gary, and soon he’d be so delighted he’d tell us why.

Apparently, there couldn’t have been a better place to find anything on the beach than the places with the hard-packed sand, and this was because this sort of sand usually trapped items within its tightly packed content. Considering that the sand held such targets in place, Gary was excited about its potential. Now, is this hard-pack sand? This hard-pack sand traps targets and holds them in place.

Eager to cover as much ground as possible with the team that he had, he decided that the best course of action was for them to split up into teams under Gary’s direction. One team will focus their search on the shell line. This was made up of a shallow surface in which they may come across some items just about 1 or 2 inches below the ground. While the first team was hard at work, the second team was going to focus their efforts on the hard-packed sand. That sand was definitely trapping something down there, and they were going to be the ones to extract it from the earth.

With that in mind, the team got to work searching for any treasure that could be related to the 1715 Spanish treasure fleet. Together, Marty and Maddy took on the shallow shell line. Excitement is an understatement as the team got to work, eager to find the success that they have been unable to display while working on Oak Island for more than a decade now. They knew they had to make the most of what they considered to be a treasure hunting mecca.

Elsewhere, Rick and Gary were steadily making their way elsewhere on the shallow shell line. This proved to be a great idea because as Gary continued to paint the sand, his metal detector began to go crazy. “What do we have over here?” When the metal detector just won’t stop and shut up, both Rick and Gary got excited. “Okay, mate, we’re in business,” because they knew that they were certainly in business.

What on Earth could be down there with an eager Rick ready to claim whatever they had found? It didn’t take long for the younger man to produce a shovel. After digging for a moment or two, the team was left somewhat disappointed by a little piece of aluminum. “See it, there it is. What’s that? A little piece of aluminum,” that Rick was able to dig out of the ground.

They said, “No gold or silver.” Turns out that one could find this sort of aluminum across the Treasure Cove. Apparently, their presence on the beaches is due to the Challenger disaster. Due to the significance of the catastrophic events, some people usually take these pieces of aluminum to the museum so that they can find out if this was part of a treasure. To their dismay, they would be told that it wasn’t treasure in that sense.

We guess they’d have to do with picking up the piece of the Space Shuttle that was used during the events that led to the Challenger disaster. For those who aren’t familiar with what occurred on January 28th, 1986, they may be surprised to hear that the space shuttle Challenger was supposed to be one of several trips organized by NASA from the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Initially, it seemed that the Challenger had shown why it was used for 10 other trips back up to space.

That would be the best it would look before disaster struck. Those watching from the cockpit, as well as others, must have been shocked when its main fuel tank exploded. This would have the devastating effect of destroying and distributing the remains of the spaceship and all those aboard all over the world. As such, one can see how the destruction of the Challenger led to the spreading of all those pieces of aluminum.

A good chunk of it has been found in some places in Florida. Maybe one day, somebody can come and sweep everything up as these pieces of aluminum are found every day. Following their discovery, Gary and Rick took their historical discoveries back to Marty and Maddy. After telling the pair that they believed it was from the Challenger, the rest of the crew appeared to realize what they called the remnants of the fallen Challenger.

If this was the real deal, they could actually be holding a piece of history within their hands. As tragic as the circumstances that created the notoriety around these pieces of aluminum, where it is tough to sit back and watch people who do not believe that this is some sort of treasure. A lot of this aluminum that you find along the Treasure Coast too was from the Challenger disaster. Even though they did not necessarily come under what may be described as a treasure trove, with such an attitude, one can see how history must be clear.

If anyone is going to have a chance to make progress as a people, maybe that’s why they have never truly stopped searching for treasure on Oak Island. Seeing as they still aren’t sure who that treasure may have belonged to, they still had some guesses. Some have even stated that due to the situation that she found herself in, it is believed that Marie Antoinette, the wife of King Louis XVI, decided it may be best to grab some of the wealth from her coffers while attempting to flee from the politically volatile country.

Unfortunately, while the rumor is that the treasure made it out of France, the head rolling off The Chopping Block tells us that Queen Marie Antoinette didn’t make it out of France. Whoever the treasure may belong to, it seems as though the desire for treasure doesn’t look like it is set to die anytime soon. Especially with the Lagina brothers, who seem to be ready to go to any of their ends of the Earth to find some treasure.
