It appears that Calah Jackson is living her best life since her break-up from Steven McBee Jr.
The Texas gal recently visited Canada amid her extensive travels around the continent following the Season 2 finale of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys.
Calah shared a handful of jaw-dropping snaps from the world-famous Toronto International Film Festival, where she attended the world premiere of Roofman starring Channing Tatum and Kirsten Dunst. The Dallas-based art presenter lived it up at the St. Regis Hotel, welcomed by an assortment of TIFF merch and a stunning view of the Ontario city. She later took pics from the red carpet, just an arm’s reach from the film’s stars, to which Calah posted, “Oh, hi!”
At the live screening with those attached to the film project, Calah raved about the comedy-crime film. As she stated over a photo of the star-studded panel, “Saw the official premiere of Roofman last night. Really cool seeing everything come together after seeing the ‘rough edit’ version a few months ago. Such an incredible film, highly rec seeing when it hits theatres!”
Calah rocked the night by wearing a form-fitting red dress and included photos outside the historic Royal Alexandra Theatre.
This was just the latest of multiple film premieres Calah has attended since the start of summer. Last month, she saw the LA premiere of Lurker after seeing it at the Sundance Film Festival.
Calah Jackson shares behind-the-scenes moments from The McBee Dynasty
Calah recently shared her own behind-the-scenes photos following the Season 2 finale of The McBee Dynasty, where she broke the fourth wall and walked away from the show. Although it marked the end of her three-year relationship with the acting head of McBee Farm & Cattle — as did her decision not to attend Jesse McBee and Alli Ventresca’s wedding — she was “grateful” for the experience.
“Thank you to everyone who’s been watching & supporting me through this journey,” she wrote alongside nearly two dozen photos. “It’s been tough to relive last year, but I’m grateful for the lessons learned along the way and am proud of where I am now.”
She asked her IG followers to “enjoy some BTS” and posted candid photos, including the filming crew with her late sister’s daughter, Harlow, Calah getting ready for her confessionals, and her wild getaway from the explosive drama of the Ozarks.
What Calah Jackson has been up to since The McBee Dynasty
As recapped in the season finale on September 1, Calah and Steven are no longer together.
Calah told Decider in an August 18 interview, “I’ve been really focused on my personal growth and getting back to a good place … I’m the happiest I’ve been in a really, really long time. I’m just riding the wave and focusing on myself right now.”
