The Sun can exclusively reveal that American Pickers star Mike Wolf is allowing his estranged wife and their kid to reside in the family’s magnificent $2 million Tennessee estate while they go through a divorce after eight years of marriage. The reality star’s ex-wife Jod filed for divorce in November 2020.

Charlie Faith Wolf, Mike and Jody’s kid, is 9 years old. According to The Sun, the mother and daughter live in this stunning Franklin property, which is also owned by Miley Cyrus and Justin Timberlake. The home was reportedly bought by the couple for $849,000 the year they got married but is currently valued at double that amount.

Online records state that the property is the perfect place for a dream home, with spring-fed creeks running through the middle of it. In 2016, the couple opened their opulent home to Country Living, showcasing their restoration and the way picker Mike had transformed junk into treasure.

When it came to interior design, during a trip to Virginia, he paid $800 for an ancient patrol pump that had been kept locked in a semi-trailer for almost 20 years. He told the source it is currently proudly displayed outside their house.

Mike, 57, brought in a locker from a foundry to hang coats in the cloakroom area and a light fixture from an old Ohio farm for the living room. There are also pictures of quirky chandeliers, a 1915 Excelsior motorcycle, a wooden dining table, and a large matching cabinet full of trophies and oil cans from the 1920s.

In addition to gathering old children’s cowboy boots for their daughter, he has a vintage telephone affixed to the wall adjacent to a pleasant corner in the house. After a trying few years, Jod is starting to refocus her life. She was diagnosed with Stage 2 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2013. The single mother gave her diagnosis, saying, “Believe it or not, even mamas who are vegan, active, and juicers get cancer. It was unexpected by me. The most life was everything I could have ever imagined, and then boom…”

Her ex-husband Mike is currently dating 42-year-old tattooed model Leticia Kleene and is reported to be living in a smaller home close to the family house.

With exclusive images that The Sun was able to secure earlier this month, the couple announced their romance to the public. They had a great day out in Mike’s hometown of Lira, doing errands and going to a parade.

They were observed at the Tugfest Tug-of-War Festival in Yawa one day later. The Sun was able to capture video of Mike and Leticia enjoying the festivities as they passed by in automobiles that were streamed with placards, flags, and other decorations.

The American Picker star’s mother, Rita, joined them for the day. So, the beauty and the geek candidate has previously met her later under a VIP tent. The three delighted parties took in the tug-of-war match between Lir and the town of Port Byron, Illinois, across the Mississippi River.

Based on a snapshot that the model published in 2018, it appears that the new lovers had been pals for a while. Leticia is well known for her roles in TNA Wrestling, interviews, Beauty And The Geek appearances, and provocative photo shoots. Frank shed 65 lbs while he was off the show because he was leading a healthier lifestyle and abstaining from alcohol. He informed The Sun that he spent 77 days at an Iowan rehab center for alcohol addiction and has been sober for 11 months.

Even though Frank stated he would like to rejoin the history program, Mike disclosed on Instagram in July that Frank had been let go from the program.

Frank has already disclosed their falling out to The Sun: “It has been 2 years since I spoke with Mike. He didn’t give me a call to see how I was doing, even though he knew I had a back problem. That’s the way things are. The entire show is skewed in his favor. I’m not even able to stoop that low to convey to you how much that’s all right. It is similar to having Steven Tyler as the front man of Aerosmith. I’ve discovered my place on the show. I’m number two, and he’s number one. I don’t have an issue with that. Perhaps he does.”

Mike, who owns Nashville’s Antique Archaeology, recently told The Sun that he would like to see his longtime pal return to the history series despite their ongoing disagreement.

“We all do care about Frank, and we want him back on the show,” Mike remarked. “We would both really love to speak with him again, but he simply can’t seem to get it right. Frank is simply dealing with addiction on a personal level quite a bit. It’s regrettable that he made the choices that have shaped who he is.”
