Although Danielle Colby is most renowned for her work on American Pickers, she is also a flourishing creative and a proponent of body positivity and burlesque. She regularly shares photoshoot looks with her admirers on social media, and this week was no exception.

This time, however, she went a little further than normal, transforming herself into a bowl of Froot Loops for a new bathtub photoshoot. One thing I like about the reality star’s posts is how cheeky they are.

To start the new year in 2023, Colby posted a nude selfie with the caption “Happy Nude Rear.” This time, she posted an Instagram snapshot of a bathtub full of milk and cereal with the remark, “Who’s ready for a midnight snack?”

From this position, we can see some of Danielle Colby’s lesser-known back tattoos, including what appears to be an homage to Man Ray’s notorious violent “Dingra” image, which features F-holes painted on the model’s back. Hers would be a little more permanent, but if my hunch is correct, it’s a really cool tattoo.

Danielle Colby has shared some fairly unique images in the past, but this one takes the cake — or should I say, cereal — in terms of going all out on a concept. It’s an amusing notion to transform oneself into a bowl of Froot Loops, and the vividly colored cereal stands out against the creamy tub.

She also shared the outfit on her Instagram story along with some amusing burlesque footage. The American Picker star seems to be most passionate about burlesque.

TV celebrity is all well and good, but the reality star has already stated that it is her calling on stage. She goes by Danny Diesel, and she has been upfront about her Jehovah’s Witness upbringing, which made hobbies like burlesque feel forbidden until she opened herself up to new experiences.

She has told Fox News, “It helped me blossom and taught me a lot about the person I aspire to become. The burlesque adventure has been very interesting for me. It’s part of my life path, as is my relationship with my body and sexuality. It’s deep, and it all started with worry and depression. It definitely helped me grow into a person who is less worried and depressed. It has taught me a great deal about ego, humanity, kindness, and sharing. It also taught me a lot about what I do and do not want to be.”

Danielle Colby’s openness with her body occasionally gets her in trouble on social media, but she’s been frank about challenging the impression that burlesque is nasty, noting on an Instagram post that she was wearing a costume the same size as a bikini.
