Pretty sure that soup last night had onions in it the first day he put it on the shrimp and so i think we made it pretty clear no onions that night yeah yeah like don’t put any onion and then the soup last night i’m pretty sure onions okay um just with those potatoes yeah can they be thin crunchy and round shape no they can’t but i can make french fries just make the round shape what do you mean round shape cut them in the shape of like crisps so you want chips yes we want french fries because initially you said you wanted french fries i didn’t say anything of course i just made both nope losing my patience with her maybe about 20 minutes i got to heat up the deep fryer oh my god you’ve got to be kidding me [Music] so we having hamburgers no onions hey adam when ken was walking on the boat he was like everything’s perfect but the onion and the food are you putting onion in their food i did cook with onion okay they don’t want the very first yeah they’re very but after that been taking care of it ever since yeah i don’t want sandy to be disappointed to me in this moment i need to do everything i can to to hide the truth can you cook without onion yeah oh good because i didn’t realize the first night people paid top dollar to be on a charter yacht they have preference sheets for a reason i’m going to hope that it was a mistake yeah i can’t win them all yeah hannah i was just telling her that last night in the soup i’m 98 sure there were little onions in the soup last night yeah she pointed it out but i didn’t want to upset her tonight surely no he would not do that after the night before though okay what the are you doing hey do you think there was onions in the soup last night tried to have them ask them maybe there was the onions yeah why is there some food that should be appropriate he doesn’t like onions and i think it’s the first thing it literally says anything but onions shut and he’s still serving an onion to them yeah it is crazy adam’s could cost us a lot of money in the end oh you’re just making it hannah looked like a bit of an idiot really doesn’t it yeah it’s kind of sucky yeah it’s such like when you come on a boat like this food is a memorable thing yeah yeah um so adam yeah kenny’s saying 98 sure there was onions in the soup last night oh really is he right yeah i put onions in the soup why would you do that i grated them up really well like mashed them they were just like pulp so you can’t make a nice nice soup without a little onion flavor even when the head chatter guest sends the food back twice the night before i thought it was uh funny this is a returning charter guest and you’re doing this bang are these ready to go they’ve been ready that’s why they’re sitting there well i’ve asked you twice you’ve just been standing here bitching that’s all you’ve been doing no i asked you if the things are ready there’s a few extras for you thank you hannah that mustard is good [Music] can’t make these people happy they seem like a pretty happy bunch to me onions yeah yeah it was just that first night you know he really put me off i didn’t like the way he’s speaking to everyone you know i just give the guests what they ask for on their preference sheets what’s that a resting face oh adam what’s going on still talking about these onions cause it’s a problem adam if they say something to hannah she’s got to bring it back to you all right i’m sorry the fact that adam has lied directly to sandy’s face makes me sick to my stomach just don’t put any onions in their food well that’s what i’m saying okay where are they where are the croissants i could definitely eat now i’ve been craving a croissant it’s a big deal for me to get jesse what he wants to eat breakfast the day before they weren’t too keen on it it’s a big issue guests have requested croissants for breakfast huh we haven’t gotten um brian is there any way you can get croissants from the local bakery for us on the tender plain croissants um yeah why not thank you sure we ran out of croissants i’ll try and get one of the boys to go off and get some on the tender okay do you think he could do some uh bacon egg cheese burritos for us okay yeah thank you julia i’ll be as fast thank you benjamin so four breakfast burritos now and a fruit platter he’s been craving a quest on and he can have that as a snack later plated right awesome thank you okay approaching now jen jen can you go to the swim platform ryan’s got a quick delivery for you then get that to the galley please gotta catch him ready yeah [Music] they smell lovely do you want me to ask if they’d rather have croissant ones now that’s fine yeah cool thanks jen thanks yes we’ve done it we’ve got the croissant challenge done we’ve come through and we’ve got your croissants so three breakfast croissants and one burrito no i want a breed off so two burritos three burritos one casserole i want the croissant yeah good okay thank you thank you great sounds good looking good feeling good jesse he’s super chuffed so one breakfast croissant and three burritos awesome thanks baby fruit platter’s up there i’m just gonna get my coffee and come down for 45.
[Music] let’s do this [Music] okay there’s food breakfast is right yeah yeah it’s our idea yeah exciting this is delicious that’s what gets me out of bed i wake up starving they baked us today that’s awesome i had those croissants yeah man they’re awesome dude thank you so much you saved the day man he loved it but he was expecting them for later fantastic and they they weren’t expecting the croissants later it’s okay yours is all good yeah i wouldn’t go to all that effort if they wanted them for later then you do realize that right okay when he found out we didn’t have any courses yeah he said all right fine i’ll have a breakfast burrito he didn’t todd asked crime we wanted a person i know and then when he found out we didn’t have any he said i want to break but then i’ll have a breakfast burrito no just don’t know why there’s such a big deal about it it’s just there is no big deal about it you’re the only one mentioning it why is everyone getting so irate about it then well i don’t understand why you’re talking about it i don’t actually care you want to be the queen of poisson like what the do you want from me uh [Music] what was that all about this morning you confused the hell out of me i don’t know ben what was going on do you want to go outside and have a chat i don’t really care i just i’m still baffled by it oh no here we go again i don’t want another confrontation because i’ve not yet had time to think why did you feel that you needed to come into the galley and actually create an issue i heard you talking to brian about the croissants you got the story wrong because it wasn’t even todd that asked it doesn’t matter but is your what was there an issue yes but it doesn’t matter you’re not even letting me speak then i tried to go on to all these stuff but you just like the whole thing and i was like well i’m really sorry i didn’t know you had anything to do with getting the poissons off yeah i thought it was just brian i thought you’d lost your grip this is what you do then throughout the six weeks how you talk to me sometimes very condescending i feel like you put every you put yourself up here and use your intelligence to put people down you went to private school and all that and it’s gonna do it can i but can i just say something in england kind of up across people i would avoid jules has me completely wrong right now and apparently she’s had me wrong for the last six weeks it’s all fair to say that i’m this arrogant right but at the same time do you think you might be a little sick i might be and because i’m extra tired now normally okay so now you’re taking that out on me and holding me arrogant and i didn’t say arrogant because you’re tired no but i didn’t say you just admitted that you were over tired so maybe you’re overreacting but you’re doing it now and you don’t overreact are you kidding me the last six weeks that’s all you’ve done is overreact is that right one time that i do it it’s like bang all right well then hang in there when someone makes you feel stupid i hate that treating someone yeah i’m the bad guy right i’m sorry you okay yeah i’m just tom just making sure that he’s got all the stuff he needs because stuff came frozen i’ve just put the frozen stuff in the fridge brilliant but until we find out we’re going french really um anything you got to talk to me it’s frozen i tried to speak to you about it and you would just call him bwa and now we’re stuck with frozen fish wait a minute i did it i called bwa she was gonna bring you fresh helmet so she did not bring it that’s all i need to know did bwa bring you fresh halibut is that a yes or no it’s a no it’s happy yeah i don’t know okay so i haven’t had time to check serving the crew lunch because i’ve been doing the other guest food okay so if you just have a little patience for me i have patience i have no idea what’s going on it’s a yes or no i i i don’t know it’s i don’t know because i haven’t had the time you just said there’s frozen halibut in the freezer did you not no i did not say that uh i said all right all right i’m walking away now let’s meet the main salon i’m not gonna do this i’m not gonna take his i’m not it’s not gonna happen i cannot do it okay it’s all right tom it’s all right he can leave i know unreal it’s like she’s trying to wind me up for something malia bugsy to the main salon now yes copy if you don’t like it leave what makes tom a great chef he is a perfectionist but the chef at his caliber needs to improvise wrong person to piss off all right it’s our last charter i know that right now we’re challenged with provisions what makes us stand out is what we do with what we’re given it is not going to be perfect it is how we finesse it is our attitude towards it i want every one of you tom every one of you to feel supported by your captain like i don’t want you to feel like i’m trying to take you down because i’m not but i certainly won’t be spoken to like that ever again everybody’s emotional you got a lot that’s challenging you i feel like it’s it’s emotional it’s tiring we get mad we want to do the best but sometimes it’s not going to be that and i’ve said this from day one i don’t care what the client says about you i care what i think about you because i see you every day like every day you work really hard and i want you to know i care and the thing is is when you look at what’s important it’s about a team i want us to be champions not at each other’s throat on our last charter because i know if we give every ounce of everything we have on our last charter we have a great charter that’s it let’s go go to the dock cause we’re gonna make it happen [Music] would i was i speaking to her like out of order there i didn’t you guys went around the corner i don’t exactly i just said i can’t answer your question yes or no because i don’t know like i don’t and you know like she didn’t like how i was talking to her and i understand the gist of it but it’s not relevant i have no idea what’s going on it’s a yes or no the years at gordon ramsay’s the years at gary rose’s restaurant i’ve done that’s where it comes from it’s a pride thing and they’re first world problems but guess what we’re in the first world we’re on bloody yachts so yeah it’s a valid problem you
