SNEAK PEEK: Was Eddy Annoyed About Ben & Jenna's Flirtation? | BDDU After Show (S4 E7) | Bravo

Ben’s type is young, blonde, and lost.
>> Coming up on the below deck down under after show.
>> What happened >> about what?
>> Our dinner.
>> What do you mean?
>> Was this your best?
>> It’s just guess work and you don’t know whether you’re getting to the end and it’s everything was >> worthless.
>> I didn’t sweat, but obviously it was worrisome.
>> Please clean this, please. Please.
>> No. Well, >> already he didn’t display good leadership.
>> I thought it was integral for her to clean the galley and for me to clean me.
Please see it. Girl, let me come home.
>> I felt she was stressed.
>> Just pizza.
>> What else would you like?
>> No. No. No.
>> No. That’s not always a good compliment, is it?
>> Now the guests are picking up on your emotional stress. Get out of here.
>> She’s not the crew member I know.
>> You look so beautiful right now.
>> I could do whatever I wanted and no guilt about it. Ben loves the second stew.
>> Second stews are my favorite. The below down under after show starts right now.
The previous night out, Ben didn’t come out. So, never got to speak to Ben. So, this night out, I thought, “Okay, here’s my opportunity to talk to Ben because I’m not in a relationship with Eddie.” >> Yeah. I can do whatever I wanted and I’ve had no girls about it.
>> Sweet. You know that? You’re so sweet.
You look so beautiful right now.
>> Thanks, darling.
>> I like it. I think it’s healthy.
Flirting with people is is great. And I think she’s a breath of fresh air. It’s very nice. What makes Jenna a breath of fresh air?
>> Well, the second stew, there’s an impartiality.
She’s also mature beyond her years. And she’s smart and easy to talk to. It’s nice. It’s refreshing. It’s a good break.
>> That’s great.
>> Don’t encourage talking.
>> She loves it.
>> Jenna does not look like Ben’s type at all, but that could also be a good thing.
>> What’s Ben’s type? Ben’s type is young, blonde, and lost. I was pregnant. No, it’s true. I was pregnant walking my dog and we lived in the same condo and you’re like, “Oh, hey babe. I’ll walk with you.” And we saw a girl. I was like, you’re like, “Who’s she?” I was like, “I don’t know, but she’s your type.” And I was like, “Why?” I was like, “She’s young, blonde. She looks a little lost.” >> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Did you have a little crush on Jenna?
I’ll tell you what, I don’t think I really realized Eddie’s feelings in general.
>> I’d see them dancing with each other, but it wouldn’t I wouldn’t be upset that she was dancing with Ben. That never upset me. It was a case of ah like she doesn’t want to dance with me instead.
So that’s where I’d be looking cuz I’d be like ah cuz obviously she was in a pissed-off mood at me still, whatever.
So, it was just a case of, “Oh, I’m annoyed that she’s not wanting to hang out with me, not the fact that she was with Ben.” So, that’s where it came from. I remember on the first night taking the piss being like, “You should chat up Ben.” Because she said he’s like, “Oh, cuz my logical side of things sits there and goes, he’s 20 odd years older than you.” So, >> but Ben’s an older mature man.
mature taken into with a bit of spice there because but no, so I genuinely never thought that because I’d see Joelle like flirt with her but Jo’s just him. So my always thought was a halfback footstep with Joel cuz I was like maybe he’s trying to get in the door then cuz he’d gone with Alli, he’d gone with Daisy. So I was like is he just wherever he’s going? So that was my I never ever thought Ben. Well, yeah.
I mean, you he’s given me no time of day. He wants to do a wheelbarrow on the floor instead of like chatting to me or like dancing with me. Like, do you know what? But he’s having fun and that’s his fun, but it’s not mine.
>> No, that’s Eddie’s Peter Pan. Like, he would like to do >> Exactly. And I’m just let him have that moment of he wants to crawl like a spider on the wall. [laughter] Let him.
But it’s I Yeah, I’m gonna have a conversation. The man with standing up on two feet. You [laughter] know, >> his dance moves were so funny.
>> Ben loves a second stew.
>> Yeah, >> Ben loves the second stew.
>> Second stews are my favorite.
>> Especially because I think it’s your way of also >> undermining the chief stew.
>> Yeah.
>> All right. [laughter] I was shook at by this conversation. Oh, really?
>> Yeah. I would never tell my boyfriend, “Don’t worry, love. You know I’m flirty.” So, I’ve been flirty, but it’s okay. It’s friendly. I’m quite a flirty character, but you know that I wouldn’t ever do anything.
>> Okay. Feel like you got to say something else, but >> No, no, that’s it. like they know that if I flirt with them or like if we’re just having like quick banter that that’s all it is. But you know the way I am but like just know that like nothing would ever happen.
>> It sounds like you’re saying stuff and you’re not saying >> No, I’m trying to not make it seem worse than it is. I mean it’s not new news like at all. But I just wanted him to know like I’ve told him now. So that’s like me saying okay I’ve told you now.
>> You just wanted to feel comfortable at that moment.
>> I just wanted it to be like like >> out there. You just wanted to be there somewhat honest.
>> Essentially, I want my cake and eating it. So, I just have to phrase it in a way that I’ve told him. I planted that seed. You can take it how you take it.
>> I still remember him replying saying, “So, you’re telling me you’re flirting with somebody or something like that?” Like, he’s like, “Yes.” And what are you trying to imply by telling me this?
Like, should I be worried?
>> He’s used to that. Like, we would literally I would like flirt with men in bars and I’d get us both drinks and he’d be like, “Yeah, go get it.” I’ve never been with a man that would be ever be comfortable with that. Oh, >> really?
>> Yeah.
>> Like I I literally be in the corner of the bar just chatting to all these boys and then he’d come over, oh, it’s my boyfriend. And he wouldn’t give >> insecure at all. Their dynamics are different and less respected. If they wanted you like this, you like this. I don’t know why.
>> Three drinks a free drink. No matter how you free drink a free [laughter] drink, baby.
>> He’s just like score.
He sounds like a pretty confident guy.
>> Yeah, it’s like he’s not insecure whatsoever.
>> That’s the thing. I think deep down he was. But that was I guess there that’s just the repercussion of going out with me and he’d have to take it. He’s definitely going to be furious when he watches this, isn’t he?
>> But you’re not together anymore, so >> Yeah, but I still want to be able to like I still text him all the time.
>> Yeah.
>> And I probably might see him eventually.
Oh, >> you were being honest with him.
She’s >> unqualified.
>> Unqualified.
And also, she was 16 years younger than me. Hey, stick with the program. Keep working hard. And then maybe you might become a superior and not have to work so hard one day.
>> Babes, please clean this. Please, please, babes. I’ll give you a light day tomorrow.
Um, >> all right, baby. Thank you.
>> I thought it was integral for her to clean the galley and for me to clean me.
>> This is not just any chef. This is Chef Ben. Rank has its privileges. RHIP.
[music] >> Oh, welcome. already he didn’t display good leadership when it came to making sure things are organized making sure dishwashers are working making sure the floor is clean making sure I get breaks making sure he makes a menu like and now the fact that he left me on my own is after my second charter I worked so hard you know how hard I worked I didn’t take any breaks to make sure we’re okay as a team like at least stay here and help me so I could go rest a bit before we go loud.
