Meet All of Below Deck Down Under's Season 4 Charter Guests So Far (Updating)

Anew crop of charter guests is here to rock the boat on Below Deck Down Under Season 4, and Captain Jason Chambers and his crew are catering to each and every VIP visitor’s preference sheet requests while cruising around the Caribbean Sea on M/Y Katina.

“This season, we’re in Canouan, and I cannot be any more excited,” Captain Jason explained during the Season 4 premiere. “It’s an exclusive location. To get here’s a mission. You have to charter your own plane, but this is where the high-end people want to be.”

He also touted the region’s many natural amenities: “It’s got the largest reef chain in the Caribbean. It’s a perfect place for some snorkeling. It has lots of sea life. We’re down under the Caribbean. But, ya know, down under’s a state of mind. And plus, I’m Australian, so down under’s wherever I am.”

Also new for Season 4? Captain Jason is encouraging all of the charter guests to tell him what they really think, by filling out review cards and depositing them into what he described as a “beautifully designed box.”

“They walk off and a lot of them don’t want to tell us what they really feel,” he explained. “I think it’s something I can look at as a captain and actually analyze where things are moving.”

Below Deck Down Under Season 4, Charter 1: The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast

The first charter of Season 4 featured an epic crossover with The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Season 6 cast. Led by primary Heather Gay, the guests also included Lisa Barlow, Britani Bateman, Mary Cosby, Angie Katsanevas, Meredith Marks, Bronwyn Newport, and Whitney Rose.

“I met Heather in Sydney once,” Captain Jason explained during the season’s inaugural preference sheet meeting. “And they’re all used to a quality, ultra-rich luxury high standard. They’ve been on yachts before and traveled the world, enjoying life. They’re gonna come from a place where they want good service. They are going to be high-demanding. It’s a lot of work.”

Pre-charter, chief stew Daisy Kelliher admitted that she was “quite anxious” to welcome the RHOSLC ladies aboard Katina, telling a producer, “The Housewives are notorious for being over the top. They argue, they expect nice things. Somebody’s gonna storm off, somebody’s gonna cry, and somebody is definitely going to throw a drink. This is not gonna be easy at all.”

Below Deck Down Under Season 4, Charter 2: Christian and Annette Perry

Christian and Annette Perry speak during a confessional on BDDU Episode 403.

After the RHOSLC cast officially departed during Episode 3, the crew quickly got to work preparing to host Greenwich, Connecticut-based couple, Christian and Annette Perry, and their “elite” polo-loving friends, Adam, Roger, Jurate, Liz, Madison, and Paulo. The special occasion: Christian’s 50th birthday.

Captain Jason described the couple as being “real estate investors and former professional ballroom dancers,” who are “no strangers to high standards and luxury.” As he put it, “Annette’s very particular, and black caviar is a must. … The guests are flying in via Executive Air. They’re demanding.”

Perhaps foreshadowing their expectations, Annette remarked in a pre-charter confessional, “Our last superyacht experience was in Greece last year. … I left my favorite down pillow in the hotel in Athens, so we headed to Mykonos, and the owner went back to Athens to get the pillow for us.”

Below Deck Down Under Season 4, Charter 3: Mecca Moore-Henson and Joi Mebane

The primary for Charter 3 was Mecca Moore-Henson, whom Captain Jason described as the “New York City founder of a lifestyle magazine, PYNK, which celebrates Black women and curates elevated experiences for them.”

Four weeks pre-charter, cameras caught up with Mecca and her co-primary, beauty expert Joi Mebane, preparing for an event in Brooklyn. According to Mecca, as “sassy” as she can be, she is the “softer one” of her charter group, which was also comprised of friends Karen, Michelle, Tamika, B, and Erika.

“When you’re spending six figures on a vacation, you want to see six figures,” Mecca, who had already traveled to 48 countries, declared of her “five-star” expectations. “Nobody should ever be intimidated by my standards. I think if they are, they should raise their own.”

Below Deck Down Under Season 4, Charter 4: Clay and Marc Fearrington

Episode 8 marked the kickoff for a four-day charter with co-primaries Clay Fearrington and his husband, Marc. Because the Florida-based couple never had “an official wedding party,” as Captain Jason explained, they tasked the crew with planning a “once-in-a-lifetime, memorable celebration of their love and years together with their group of best friends,” including Michelle, Alex, Christina, Shay, Ameerah, and Marc’s sister Sofia.

As Jason revealed during the preference sheet meeting, the Fearringtons had asked him to officiate their vow renewal ceremony on M/Y Katina’s sun deck.

Prior to the charter commencing, producers caught up with the pair in Tampa. The spouses shared that they met while Clay was shopping for a new wardrobe in a store where Marc was working as a sales associate, before they eventually exchanged phone numbers.

“We’ve been married for a few years now,” Clay said. “We didn’t have a big shindig, if you will. This is kind of our big event to celebrate our wedding.”

Below Deck Down Under Season 4, Charter 5: Tyler Dyvig

Captain Jason announced during Episode 10’s preference sheet meeting that a “socialite from New York City” named Tyler Dyvig was coming aboard, along with his “best gays,” Nick, Ashley, Mitchell, Brian, Spencer, Devon, and Luigi. On the agenda: a “surprise” drag performance.

Three weeks pre-charter, Tyler invited cameras inside his Manhattan home, where he answered a producer’s questions about how a 28-year-old can afford to charter a superyacht and whether or not he had been budgeting for the occasion.

“What’s a budget, honey? I don’t budget, I just spend,” Tyler quipped, before explaining, “My partner is a very successful businessman and incredibly private. So, he just said, ‘I’m gonna sign the check, send you away for a while, and you bring your friends and have a good time.'”

Tyler’s friend and dermatologist, Brian, eventually joined the interview and described him as “the most over-the-top person you’ll ever meet.”
