Read Alesia and Eddy’s Full Conversation of Flirty Texts from Below Deck Down Under

Alesia Harris exchanged some late-night text messages with deckhand Eddy Hounsell at the end of the second crew night out during Below Deck Down Under Season 4, Episode 5.

“Oi Oi. I haven’t got a clue what’s going on in my head, but you need to get out of it,” Alesia first texted him at 1:39 a.m.

Eddy wrote back, “Believe me when I say I haven’t been able to stop looking at you,” to which Alesia replied, “Same too.”

But as their late-night texts continued, Alesia revealed she’d also noticed Eddy paying attention to stew Jenna Woudberg. Alesia texted him, “You’ve been getting on with Jenna. She’s a safe bet,” seemingly referencing the fact that Alesia was in a relationship. But Eddy made it clear all bets were off when he replied with the message: “I would drop her in a second to be an alien with you.”

It comes after Eddy and Alesia spent the first crew night out hot and heavy with some dancing during the Feb. 16 episode, and Alesia admitted to producers that even though she had a boyfriend, she did consider hooking up with Eddy. Despite her confession at that time to Eddy that she was taken, the two were still vibing during the March 2 episode.

Earlier in the March 2 episode, Alesia found herself meeting Eddy for drinks by the hot tub after the guests departed. She disclosed to producers she was interested in him.

“Eddy’s got great energy. I see myself a lot in him. He comes in and wants the attention. I want the attention too,” she explained. She also conceded that she was falling into a familiar pattern: “I mean, I do have a boyfriend, but like, I would rather leave the country than break up with someone. That’s what I did with my last ex. Which is how I got into yachting.” Realizing what she’d just revealed, she told producers, “Oh my God, I’m doing it again! Oh, whoops.”

Alesia and Eddy’s relationship continued to develop after he bought her a drink during the crew night out, and she kissed him on the cheek and hugged him. As the two began dancing, she told him, “I love you so much!”

All aboard! Below Deck Down Under Season 4 has left the dock, with new episodes airing Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo and streaming the next day on Peacock.

Captain Jason Chambers is back at the helm, along with some very familiar faces from around the Below Deck universe, including Ben Robinson, Daisy Kelliher, and João Franco.​​​​​ They will be joined by Alesia Harris, Joe Caron, Jenna Woudberg, Mike Durrant, Eddy Hounsell, and Betul Yazici.

The crew finds itself on rocky waters, as the season kicks off with a historic crossover charter featuring The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 6 cast aboard M/Y Katina. As the yachties continue to set sail through Canouan in the Caribbean, they face crew drama, steamy hookups, and charter guest issues.

Jenna pointed out to Eddy, “You have Alesia’s lipstick all over your face,” but he protested, “I promise I haven’t been kissing her.” When Jenna suggestively replied, “Yet,” he insisted, “No! She’s got a boyfriend. If you’ve got a boyfriend, stop being so flirty.”

Alesia first began to notice Eddy and Jenna’s interest in each other over dinner during the March 2 episode, as they bantered about World Cups and rugby matches. “Jenna’s not Eddy’s type. Is he?” she wondered to producers.

After deck/stew Mike Durrant took a pic of Jenna and Eddy together, Alesia immediately got up from the table and demanded a picture of herself with Eddy and Jenna as well.

She admitted to producers that she was indeed jealous. “Eddy and Jenna. I think you can see on my face it bothers me,” she confessed. A producer asked her, “Wait, why are you jealous if you have a boyfriend?” She answered: “It’s human nature. If your nature is to be really jealous.”

Meanwhile, Eddy found himself becoming more into Jenna, and told her, “You’re an ideal woman. You’re what every guy f—king wants.”

During the Below Deck Down Under After Show, he explained his feelings towards Jenna: “My sense of things at that time was, ‘This is nice.’ We get along, we have the same kind of thoughts about a lot of stuff. We were just bouncing off each other in terms of conversation. We both find each other to be funny.”

But Alesia’s jealousy escalated after a round of crew “truth or date” in the hot tub, when Jenna asked Eddy who he’d like to go on a date with, and he answered Jenna.

“You said you wouldn’t f—king date me. I think that’s really rude,” Alesia told him after, but he fired back, “Oh shut up, you’ve got a boyfriend.”

When chief stew Daisy Kelliher dared Jenna to kiss Eddy, she did—and Eddy and Jenna again locked lips in Eddy’s room before bed.

Jenna shared on the After Show that was the moment she began considering something more with Eddy. “After the jacuzzi moment, I didn’t think further than it, so for him to pull me aside and kiss me again, I was like, ‘Oh this guy didn’t think that it was just a game,’” she explained. “That’s when I started thinking a little more about it.”
